Stopped earlier in the week and they weren’t serving food. Drinks only.
Stopped today and drive thru the as very long. Placed a mobile order. Paid. Never got my food. 30 minutes later I’m in the drive thru, trying to get my food I already paid for and we haven’t moved.
I get being short staffed but shut down one of the ordering methods until you catch up or something. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. It’s close to 45 minutes and I’m still trying to get food.

Ordered a Oreo blast. It had a ton of M&Ms in it. The place is nasty. The tables have writing all over them. Building needs pressure cleaned. The only thing said was well they must have thought it was a m&m blast. So besides cleaning the m&m out the just added Oreo. Having my niece with me that is allergic to peanuts that didn't go over well. Close that location!

Pulled up to the drive through at 9:45, nobody came to the speaker so I double checked the hours and it said they close at 10 so I waited. At 10:01 someone finally came to the speaker and said nothing but “we are closed you can leave now”. I understand y’all are understaffed but this experience was unacceptable and a waste of my time; not to mention EXTREMELY rude.

If this is the location on Bailey Cove you got some rude people working there. Heaven forbid you oukl inti a stall and bit the drive thru the woman in the morning will cone out, toss your bag at you and proclaim "Next time come through the drive thru" laziness at its finest. Oh and FYI we tried the drive thru, didnt even get an answer hense why we went to a stall.

It needs to be a zero star. I went today and got a double cheeseburger and onion rings and a water and large sprit. The burger was messy the bottom of the bun had lettuce all over it and everything was just thrown on the bun. The onion rings were old and cold I couldn't even eat them. They handed me 2 bags and was like have a good day. they didnt had me my drinks then hands me one drink and was like which one is that. In one of the bags was a box of old cold fries I didnt order fries not happy at all...

It's not the food that's bad, it's the lack of staff that makes this location an issue. There seems to be only one employee that works there, and she is doing her best. If I could rate just her she'd get 5 stars for singlehandedly keeping things moving. But this location needs to either get some support from corporate or close down.

Second time I have wasted a lunch hour here. I hear they are short staffed and there is one person running the show. I don't want to hear an apology from the owner, I want to see him/her roll up their sleeves and get down there and operate their business
