When went there to try the fries they have been advertising on tv about how good they are and people choosing them 2 to 1 to McDonald's fries. Well all I have to say is the 2 to 1 vote put have been paid good to say that. Because the fries we got was cold greasy and nasty. Our fur baby wouldn't even eat them. We threw them out for all of the stray animals to eat. A few days later and they where still there. They wasn't worth buying. If anyone wants great fries go to Arby's for the crinkle fries they are serving now. They are great.

Understaffed getting ready to close in 30 minutes delivery coming in the back door and still managed to keep their composer tonight very friendly Smiles on their faces I'm still laughing. They did an excellent great job food was delicious neatly put together sandwiches all together even though they were under stress they did a wonderful job

Being on a budget and only an hour for lunch driving over from Laceys Spring I love the $5 Bag Deal. The lady that takes your order is so polite and makes sure she has everything you ordered and then you pull around. I really don't think that lady can have a bad day. She is so polite and smiling the whole time she takes your money until she gives you your receipt and thanks you and says have a nice day. Some folks say that like a robot but not her: it is genuine, and it is so appreciated. The food is hot and prepared just as you ordered and they never mind is you make yours special. With today's environment and fast-food places short of staff you won't go wrong going to this location. The old school ad comes to mind: Where's the beef? Right off the Parkway on Hobbs.

Im only giving a 4 star for the food but management really needs to speak with the employees about proper etiquette when working with the public. Arrived at 9:00 PM food was hot and fresh but the worker at the window was very rude. I asked for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce because it's never placed in the bag even after asking for it at the drive-thru speaker the young girl give me salt and I said I'm sorry I only needed ketchup and sweet and sour sauce she rolled her eyes slammed the window and come back with ketchup only and told me the sauce was in the bag. I didn't get her name or make a big deal about this because people were in line behind me and I didn't want them waiting on me. I also must mention my 76 year old mother was with me and how embarrassed I was for her having to witness today's youth being so rude and basically hating the job they are working at.

Food is always horrible fries always cold even though the sign says they will replace cold fries yeah but at what cost manager the older lady short Caucasian her brother in Law is the district manager at the store store so she thinks shes a goddess never have a positive attitude and district manager would not call you back if you have a legitimate complaint I highly recommend you never bri g your kids or yourself here to eat!!!

The first time I went about 2 or 3 months ago the customer service sucked. The manager a short guy that works there made me smile right after his workers were being rude. I really appreciated him that day. I went last week the customer service was great and so was the food. I will definitely be stopping by again.
