Severely understaffed. Poor highschooler had to deal with a long Line In Rush dinner hoursALONG with massive online orders. I drove to the other subway in the time it would’ve taken them to make one of the five orders in front of me. Pay the workers more and this wouldn’t be an issue!!!!!!

Shop was very clean, ingredients looked and tasted very fresh. They are not stingy on the toppings
4/1/2022: Employees were very helpful and accommodating but Subway has gotten very stingy on the tuna put on a footlong. The amount was very thin, almost semi solid, very light on the bread and did not reach the ends. It almost appears the scoops have become smaller. Tuna definitely not worth the price for a footlong today. We essentially had a veggie sub that had a slight tuna taste. Don't feel was employees fault, they were only doing what they are told.

had to get five sandwiches here. seems that a few of the add-ons could have been a little more bountyful but overall it was good.
fast service and nice customer relations. only issue is that with everyone wearing masks sometimes it is hard to hear what is being said.

My husband went in to order sandwiches and asked for extra meat- the assistant went in the back to ask her co worker if that was ok as she'd have to open a new one, the guy didn't think we could hear him and told her to just tell the customer they were out. Pretty awful honestly.

They no longer accept their own coupons! No signs anywhere that I saw, so my sandwiches were made and when I presented my coupon, the employee told me the owner no longer accepted coupons because he wasn't making any money off them. I took my coupon, left the already made sandwiches, and went to Bailey Cove. They still take coupons. My thought - how much food waste and monetary loss does this subway have with their coupon rejection policy? Is it really worth it?

Not fresh...the food or the staff. Spinach was all wilted and slimy/dark, the lettuce was all brown and the tomato basil wrap I ordered tasted doughy. The staff only talked to the customers when they had to and just assumed the customers knew how and what to order.
