Subway

I love Subway and have ordered from here before but today I ordered on Uber Eats and the restaurant did not toast my spicy Italian sandwich. It was super cold and ruined the entire sub. I understand mistakes happen but when you order like that it’s almost impossible to have it fixed. Very disappointed today!!

If there is an option of 0 star, I would have given so. Manager on shift was very rude and disrespectful. I asked for veggies delite sandwich 6inch, I told her politely to make sure it is not shorter than 6inch. She put vinegar when I told her not to. She had facial expression as she does not want to work nor provide good customer service. She told me to keep moving. She did not offer to make a new sandwich as she supposed to. She still charged me money. I need my money back. I were the boss, I would have fired her for providing horrible service and being disrespectful. This subway does not deserve to be running. I am definitely not returning. One and only most worst customer service experience I ever had. I hope the subway executive leader is taking this review seriously.

I stop at subway all of the time and I can say this subway is one the best I've been to. I like how the staff members know about the products they offer. I got the Big Philly Cheesesteak and it was made perfectly. I got most of the veggies put on and it actually closed because of the way they arrange the cheese to hold the meat together. That's if very rare as this sandwich always gets messy. I will definitely be back to eat their Big Philly Cheesesteak again and I would definitely recommend this sandwich to anyone who stops here.

Normally LOVE this subway!!! Rich and Maya should never work alone!!!! When I arrived, there was 1 person ahead of me getting 3 subs, I ordered 2..... a teriyaki chicken and a pizza. We sat down to eat 20 mins later.....cold subs that had been toasted 15 mins before. Normally, one person makes the beginning, meat and cheese, slides it to next person who does veggies and condiments. These 2 went back and forth and became so confused with who was doing what mine sat untouched a solid 7 mins after being toasted bc noone had a clue who was helping who..... the guy in front of me..... STILL WITING WHEN I FINLLY GOT MINE!!! Put 2 experienced employees together not 2 newbies.... sandwiches were cold and it took waaaaay too long. Very sad I chose today to come here.
