Burger King

I have been eating at Burger King forever. Getting extra onions or a few extra pickles is always been free. Not today. Charged me $0.60 with my meal just to get extra onions and pickles. On top of that, they have down sized their drinks. Normally I get a medium with a coupon but these cups are small. And way to go on giving me 2 drinks with no strays. This location must be hurting. Service is bad and they are penny pinching it's customers

I made an order on the mobile app for pickup in the restaurant. Little did I know that the restuarant closed and locked for pickup orders. I understand the work shortage but the app needs to say "pickup not available at this time". If I could have cancelled my order I would have. It took 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. I would gone somewhere else. I'm on my lunch break and 30 minutes for a long time for a "fast food" resturant. By the my food was cold. Won't be going back anytime soon. AMENDMENT I ordered an Impossible Whopper and they gave a real Whopper. They wanted me to come up there to get an Impossible Whopper. My hour lunch break is now over!!!!!!!!! I ate my cheese sticks and will have to hold out until I get home for dinner. They did not offer a refund. Only to come later to get one. Ridiculous!!! The lady at the window was extremely rude. When I was speaking to Chavez I heard her in the background saying I did't order an Impossible Burger. The history on my app does not lie.

9/21/21: Drive thru today ..got my order right..but she gives me my drink with NO ICE!! I have to ask her..she says ..he is working on it! THAT IS IT! The employee did not say anything about the ice machine down. They should have given me a shake at least!! Compensate! Wait a minute..Shake machine is down! 4/22/22 - You know how you nibble on your french fries before your burger..well ..not me! Old and cold fries!! Threw them out immediately! Very disappointed.! Please..Please serve fresh food to your customers..as you would yourself.

very slow for the morning rush. from the time I got in the drive thru line (fourth car back) until receiving my order took 13 minutes. extremely un-efficient running that. seems there was only two people working inside the store. after opening my order and looking at the sausage and cheese croissant I was disappointed. both of them looked like they had been smashed with a press. I am talking not much fluff to them at all almost the same thickness as the sausage itself. very disappointed today.
