Good hot food, order was correct big plus, but very long wait time. Make sure you got plenty of time on your hands. Oh and frosty machine down of course. I just wanted a frosty so bad. The pineapple mango lemonade is delicious. Man oh man you gotta try there chocolate chip cookie they are awesome. They also have a strawberry frosty now to.

Can't seem to take a simple order hence why you'll be in the drive thru upwards of 30 minutes. Had to correct them 3 different times. Even the manager came to the window twice. It didn't help that every time I'd go to speak, they would slam the window shut while I was talking. My order was not complicated, just a chicken sandwich and a burger. They were rude as hell, so I highly recommend eating at a different Wendy's.

My standards for Wendy’s isn’t high because it’s a fast food chain with employees who aren’t trying to break into the culinary industry. But, the employees here are especially incompetent. The order before mine at the drive thru was about 25 dollars worth of food, and it literally took every employee more than 20 minutes to get it together. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order, the lady on the intercom had the gall to have bass in her voice. I’d made peace with the fact that service in North Huntsville was going to be less than service in South Huntsville, but I have second hand embarrassment for the people who work here.

They should only schedule people who want to work late @ night... We get there a little before 12, because online it says they close @ 1am. Once we get there the person at the speaker says they are closed because it's only 2 people there (every FF restaurant I've ever managed only has 2 employees after 10 pm, because it's slow) we let him know we only wanted nuggets & online it says y'all close @ 1, his exact words "yeah I don't care I been here since 3pm so I'm going home" I just drove off, cause I was so irritated... CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE OR HIRE SOMEONE ELSE, the one on south parkway also says open till 1am they were CLOSED. SMH so no Wendy's for us

Spent 45 minutes waiting for our food in the drive-thru here at around 10:45pm on a Saturday. I’m not exaggerating on time - it was a 45 minute wait! There were at least 4 crew members working. I’m totally in disbelief by how long it took, not sure if they were slaughtering the cow along with cooking the burgers or what. Of course, they still got our order wrong. I won’t be going back to this location.

Don't go here. The food was fine. The dinning room is closed despite what yhe sign says. The drive through is SLOW to take your order, because they are slow to fill it. So we took a full 5 minutes to ORDER frosties. I don't mean waiting for other cars at the drive through. I mean wait AT the call box to have my order taken. At the window I could see my food and was ignored while the (apparent) only worker took another order over the headset. So again don't go here. They are probably understaffed, and whoever IS working is understandably frustrated. Save them AND yourself by going somewhere else. Gas is too expensive to be forced to sit in line for slow "fastfood".

When You’re Taking Orders In Drive Thru, The Greeting Is “Welcome To Wendy’s How May I Help You” Not “Go Ahead With Your Order”. There’s A Whole Menu For A Reason & I’m Not “Going Ahead With My Order” Until I Decide What I Want. I Work A Fast Food Restaurant & Know Proper Procedures When It Come To Customer Service. Oh, & The More You Rush Me The Longer Ima Take Ordering Purposely To Run Your Time Up As A Punishment, Even If I Do Know What I Want Because I Do Petty.& Lastly Give Me A Chance To Grab My Food While You’re Trying To Hand It Out Instead Of Throwing Because I’m Taking Too along As If My Hands Aren’t Busy Because I’ll Hate To Snatch Someone Up Out The Window Because My Food Landed In My Seat & Not My Hands. Lucky You Get 3 Stars Because My Food Was Hot & Fresh. Thanks For Coming To My Ted Talk.
