Pizza Hut

It took them an hour and a half to bring my pizza called the manager the were going to only honor $15 of my pizza they wouldn't remake my brownie. It's not my fault they screwed up. Now they won't even honor my original order. But they she took my money. Just bad business. It's sad because I like the food just not the way they do business.

We went in to eat on Sunday at 11:30 AM. There were no costumers, but all of the tables were unclean with crumbs and sticky spots. No one greeted us. There was nothing at all at the salad bar. We had to ask to have a table cleaned. One of the 2 employees said to hold on, then he continued to text on his phone. He sent his co-worker out with a bucket of water and a sponge. We decided to leave. We will never return to this place. It was disgusting, and the employees were lazy and not welcoming at all. Manager, you should be ashamed!

Terrible Everything!!! I walked in and ordered a pepperoni pizza WITHOUT sauce. I made this very clear and the server even repeated it back to me. Fast forward an hour and 15 minutes and I have received THREE pizzas each with sauce and a short "I'm sorry" from the manager. Never have I every seen someone screw up an order 3 times. Not only that but every single one looked DISGUSTING. I ordered the pizza with the mozzarella bites on the crust and it was a disgrace. DON'T FALL FOR THE COMMERCIALS!!!

My wife and I showed up at 11:30 for lunch. This location was not busy. There was part of a pizza on the buffet. We mostly ate the salad bar and the pasta dish ??? during our visit. We like thin crust and one was never put on the buffet bar. I went up to get some desert and there were no plates at the buffet or salad bar. They started passing out paper plates. When I paid, the cashier never asked me how it was. I like Pizza Hut, but this location needs a new manager.

The tables was dirty and sticky, the floors was dirty. We had to talk loud just so the staff would notice us being there. They was serving old tea. Their excuse was well we are training new people etc. If I was a franchise owner I personally would train my employees myself off site so my restaurants would be running smoothly. This place used to be the best pizza place in town. Now not even close

I ordered for pick up and when I arrived, I was nicely greeted by a young lady but when I saw my order, I knew the food was not going to be good. Just by the way it was poorly box; I had a feeling it wouldn't taste good. It was bad. The Chicken Alfredo was dry and so was the pizza. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. In the future, I'll stick with the Winchester Road location.

Bathrooms are broken, personal employee items on several dining room table and other problems plague this location. Called in a couple orders 45 minutes in advance and upon arrival the order still wasn't ready. Ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes for two pizzas... During that time, many bad business practices was seen by myself and my wife. Employees would go smoke and come back to making food without washing hands, none wore hair nets despite having dreads and long hair and any questions asked to the staff made you seem like you was a big inconvenience just being there. Stay away from this location!!
