Pizza Hut

Let me start by saying that I'm now 48 yrs old and been a loyal Pizza Hut customer since 1978 when I remember my first time and I ordered 3 to 6 times a week from the Bob Wallace location and when that store closed in 1999 I started going to governors Dr and all of a sudden they closed around 2016 so even though it's at least a 25 minute round trip to go to university dr I love their pizza that much so I'd go HOWEVER the last 3 times we've tried to get a decent pizza it's been a train wreck ! The last 3 have been cold,the toppings were minimal and under cooked and not to mention the employees were rude and hateful and has been a horrible experience. I remember we'd have small birthday parties there and all kinda fun stuff at the bob wallace location years ago and several times we would drink for 3 or 4 hours after we ate but not here, Its not that kinda friendly environment anymore ! After a year or so I figured today we'd try @ University so I place the order online and it said it would be ready in 10 to 20 minutes so tell me why my 70 yr old mother is still sitting inside @ university Dr location 42 minutes after i originally placed the online order because apparently someone forgot to put the pizza in the oven ?? PIZZA HUT UNIVERSITY DRIVE WE ARE DONE WITH YOU South parkway has been cooking fantastic pizzas for me for the past year so ill continue to go twice as far for great pizza how it should be. I can't believe this location is still in business ? It's pathetic what you get for what it costs ! Very minimal toppings, just stopped together and to make it worse they removed it from the oven before the cheese had even melted and the pork sausage was still raw in the middle. UNBELIEVABLE 😡🤬🤮

I don’t know what has changed with Pizza Hut or if it’s just this particular store but they’re was hardly and toppings on our pizzas and the stuffed crust we ordered barely had any cheese inside the crust. My kids love stuffed crust and even asked where the cheese was. I should’ve just ordered normal crust instead of being charged a ridiculous extra fee for cheese that was hardly even there . I work hard for my money and this makes me not want to get Pizza Hut again. Very disappointed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered two pizzas and a thing of cinnamon rolls at 8:30. At first they didn't answer I'm like okay, they are busy. They take my order and said it'll be a 30 minute wait. Great! When they first answered the phone I said I wanted the big dinner box and they said they didn't have it. Okay. I asked if they had any specials. They said no. I called back and a lady answered and she said they didn't have what the first man said but they said they had specials. She gives the the specials and the prices and then I order what I want and she proceds to tell me they don't have pizza and hangs up. Then, my mother calls and apparently they do have specials and the big dinner box and she orders it. Two hours later!!! I called and they put me on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and called again several times for another mam to tell me they were closed for maintenence. Ridiculous waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes for pizza hut to bring me an order that doesn't exist.

This location closes at 10p. I tried to place a carryout order over the phone at 8p, the first call the representative hung up on me after I provided my phone number. The second time, the person took my first part of my order and then placed me on hold for 30 minutes. My fiance then called, placed an order and then when he went to pick up, the lights were off at the building.

Had to call on 3 different cell phones to get through. After 30 minutes on hold, finally got an answer to ask them to please call the driver to give the correct apartment number just to keep getting transferred. Never got an answer other than “please hold” and being transferred again on another phone. Me trying to decline the transfer but getting cut off in the process. Ridiculous! Transferred 3 times to an endless recording? Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Service Sucks! I understand short handed but being rude and not caring to let the customer speak when you answer the phone? Never again!

During the 50+ years of dealing with pizza restaurants, the was the WORST experience of all time!! I placed an online order for wings at 8:06pm Wednesday 09/22/21. The Pizza Hut website replied the order was confirmed. I then used the tracker to follow the progress. It stated the order had been received and was being processed with a delivery time of 23-33 minutes. After an hour without an delivery, I called the phone number listed. I was hung up on twice and the third time, all they wanted to do was have me contact corporate. I then drove down to the location listed on my order to find a sheet of paper taped to the door stating the restaurant closes at 8pm on Wednesday. Nothing on the website said the location was closed, tracking showed the order accepted and was in process and my card was charged $31.34. So now I have been charged for food that has not been delivered. The resolution I want is for my card to be credited for the purchase amount since this was charged to my corporate card and could cause an accounting nightmare. I am severely disappointed with the performance and ignorance of this Pizza Hut transaction!!
