Sonic Drive-in

This one is always hit or miss. Sometimes it's great with hot food and friendly service. Other times it's cold and you have cranky carhops. One of the ladys on the box was pretty abrupt with me when I asked to change a drink to diet from my mobile. Order. She said she couldn't and it was on its way out already. Five minutes later it arrives. Not impressed. I worked at sonic for 3 years.

Pulled up at 5:55. Ordered 2 milkshakes. It's been 20 minutes and we are STILL waiting and watching an employee visit with a car she brought food out too. Every single time we come here our food is wrong or we have to wait 10 years to get it. My personal favorite is pulling up to the drive through, asking them if they are out of anything, they said no. Then we pay for our food get up to the window, check it, it's wrong. We tell them and they said oh we substituted blah blah blah for blah blah blah because we are out. Its 6:22. So after watching and waiting we give up. Won't be back. Please escalate this to the franchise owner so that they can see the poor management going on in their store. I mean come on people.

Sonic drive in on Bob Wallace Ave in Huntsville, AL is the worst! 2 days in a row I placed my order for breakfast through the app. 2 days in a row I sit from 7 when they open to past 7:20 & still to not see the signs turned on. The app doesnt work if it can't connect. And the bad thing is the second day, they never got turned on yet my charges for my app order were taken out of my account. I tried calling twice from my stall, Noone answers the phone. While sitting in my stall I see an employee bring out a free drink to a customer that pulls in after me. At 730, I see other cars pull in and sit and then leave, as they have no way to order, the signs are still off!!! So, I pay for a meal that's never acknowledged was place and leave empty handed as I have to be to work at 8.

I order Sonic slushes almost daily from the app. They're cheap with the half price tag on them and they quince my thirst on a hot day more than anything else. So needless to say it's annoying when I order one and they don't mix it up and half of it is pure flavor and half just plain shaved ice. Location is just hit or miss tbh the Jordan ln location is just around the corner and much better even with the increased traffic over there you may wait a few more minutes but worth it.

The one who took my order "Tamera" was completely rude. I tried ordering the first time and she acted like she couldn't hear me. Pressed the button a second time and she didn't answer mine but answered someone else who just pulled in. I called and told her I been trying to order and she said that she was gonna hang up on me. Pressed the button a 3rd time and she finally answered but had an attitude the entire time and was rude as hell.

It was terrible i waited 15 minutes Tuesday night to be told there would be a 45 min wait !! 2 cars in parking lot! I waa in management for sonic in Madison al and ive never heard of this! So i went to jordan lane got order in 10 minutes!!! But the people at bob Wallace had time for cigarette breaks really sonic

I went there and ordered a sandwich they gave me the wrong sandwich I went back to get my order replaced I paid for the first sandwich and when I went back to get my order replaced they tried to charge me to replace my second sandwich I would never go back to Sonic again. They are disgusting the workers are disgusting I just don't like them and every time they messed up some orders they never tried to rectify the situation they make it worse. I give them a 0 out of a zebra
