Curry-n-a-hurry

Curry-N-Hurry is NOT Indian food. The new remodel is great for dining. Dining utensils and plates are convient hence the restaurants name. Not all items are available via buffet. There are several juice options including some that I have seen available seasonally. Pricing is good. Food is tasty. Staff is friendly and very welcoming to customers. Curry-N-Hurry has several Vegetarian options. Located RIGHT next to K's beauty supply!

This always shows up on my searches of vegetarian restaurants in Huntsville. We finally went and it was FANTASTIC! My family loved it. So flavorful! I got the curried potatoes on rice with plantains. My husband got a vegetable "chicken" stew with cabbage. My son got coco bread and a spinach pie. This place is really, really great. AND it is a local, family run restaurant. What gets better than that?! Highly recommend.

I had enjoyed the food here before and hadn't been in a while, so decided to stop recently. Unfortunately, they don't have the vegetarian curried "lamb" that's on their menu. The man behind the counter said something about the menu at the counter having to be updated. I ordered the curried "chicken" (with rice and peas) instead, curried potatoes and plantains. Everything was very good. I'll be looking forward to my next visit.

Vegan options! Tried them out from their food truck at a local event. We had chickpea curry with rice and sides of curry potatoes and coleslaw. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Flavors could be kicked up a tiny notch but it tastes homemade and comforting and was exactly what we needed in the day.

Hubby and I ate at Curry-N-A-Hurry today for the first time, and I was blown away by our experience. The staff is so friendly and the food is INCREDIBLE! Huntsville doesn't offer many vegan options, so finding this rare little gem tucked away on Jordan Ln was an absolute thrill! The amount of food for the price is enough to stuff you...with tons of leftovers! The menu has a lot of variety, and you can pick and choose from a LOT to make your meal your own. I absolutely recommend it, and we will absolutely be back! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! :D

Since the very first time I tried this place with my wife it has been clear that Curry-N-A-Hurry it's ALWAYS an option to dine in whenever we are out. They have a tasty variety of vegan/vegetarian foods and they are all awesome in texture and flavour. Seriously folks, if you are around don't hesitate and go in. It won't disappoint you!

I ordered curry chicken... they gave me curry chicken wings on a bed of literally store bought red beans and rice that comes in a box. Absolutely nothing had flavor, the only thing done right were the plantains. It's two Chinese women cooking the food, needless to say the food was kept buffet style behind the counter and was not freshly prepped. Definitely will not be returning and I definitely don't recommend to anyone else.
