Moe's Southwest Grill

Went for the first time and I loved it There was a one guy who was kinda funny and girl who knows how to make good food . Wish I got their names but I didn't. They were awesome. The girl was making online orders and making orders for people who was coming in . I thought for sure she would get something wrong trying to make all that food at once I know I can't do it. But amazingly our food was on point is 👌 great !

Standard Moe’s fair last time I went; Been to fancier Moe’s before. Would give it another try but this location closes at 7 now on weekdays. This means they’re probably packing it in around 6. No workers I guess. Luckily there are a few other restaurants in this plaza you can try, so the trip isn’t a total loss if they happen to be closed.

I’ve been to Moe’s plenty of times over the years, and I was astonished at what happened to me at the 975 Airport RD SW, Huntsville, Alabama location. I ordered the Moe’s Monday Special, which is supposedly a bowl/burrito, chips & salsa, and a drink for a certain price. I was charged for a bowl with a discount of $1.50 and then charged extra for a drink. I asked the manager on duty if the special ever included the drink. She told me it was never like that and that it was always just a entree with the chips & salsa. Then, just to make sure I wasn’t wrong, I looked it up on Google and on the company’s main web page and saw that the special does come with a drink. What is happening here @moes.com?

Went into the store for a burrito for myself and small child. The staff at this location need sensitivity training & customer service training as well. I have never felt so disrespected by a place that makes my food! They are unable to honor coupons and coupon codes at this location or maybe just for me in particular that day.
