I love this ice cream place!! It's practically legendary. Customer service there is usually very friendly and welcoming! But NOELLE stands out by far! She is consistent and caring. And ALWAYS greets us with a smile. She is ALL about great Customer Service! Thank you NOELLE!!!

Someone should check the quality control on the gold medal ribbon ice cream. It was all chocolate & vanilla & no caramel swirl. But the employee really tried to find the caramel. She offered to add caramel to make it right. That is excellent customer service & I appreciated it. She gets 5 stars.

I’m very pleased with the ice cream cake they did for my grandson’s birthday, it’s beautiful!! They did a beautiful snail for him, better than I expect. We always come with him for an ice cream cone when he comes to visit. I’ll recommend this Baskin Robins to anybody they’re great.!!! Thank you for get out of your way to pleased my grandson.!!!

Excellent place for an amazing ice cream. I love every flavor and how clean the establishment is. You must try this place if you have not already. The milkshakes are off the hook too!

Just wanted to thank This store for donating gift certificates to our kids at Orange County Grappling! The kids love it! Took my son in this evening to get his free cone! We are also grateful for our Coach Gene Patino for working so hard & finding fun incentives for the kids. Best youth wrestling team in OC they truly care about the kids.
