First of all, ALL of your employees who are handling food should be wearing gloves. I shouldn't even have to say this.
So much went wrong that it's almost embarrassing - look at my thumb in this picture. This is supposed to be the wing and breast meal. When I got home and opened the box, this is what I was presented with......that I waited nearly 8 minutes to get. And EVERYTHING tasted old, and I came in the late afternoon. My "breast" literally looked like someone ate half of it. If I hadn't been so far away already, I would have taken all this mess back and asked for a refund. It was that bad. You have been warned. If you must go to El Pollo Loco, make sure it's not this location. Just awful.

Just horrible. I had been warned not to go at night but I never imagined. The place was filthy and disgusting. I wouldn't have stayed but I had already ordered when I saw the dining area. The chicken leg and thigh cane out and each were honestly smaller than my thumb! I asked the manager and he said too bad thats the size it is then walked away from me. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised as I had seem him act rudely to an older woman a while before. She simply wanted some onions from the salsa bar and the "manager" Christian hassled her and refused to put out anything fresh. Stay far away from this one. At least in the evening. We went over at about 7:30 on a Sunday.

Iβve been to this location several times because itβs closest to my house, and every single time the order is wrong! One time I ordered beans , rice and flour tortillas, and when I opened the box after I got home it was double beans and corn tortillas. I didnβt have time to go back to fix it because I had to get ready for work. The next few times I would have to double check my order before I even leave to make sure everything is correct. This is not my job! I went there again today, got a chicken tortilla soup, simple. All I asked for was a little extra of the tortilla strips , cheese and cilantro. When I got home , the gave me the crumbs on the bottom of the container !! I kid you not! I am already home and Iβm livid because I asked so nicely and I keep going to that location but today is the last time . So rude , unprofessional and a let down. Now I will be eating my large soup with crumbs. Thanks a lot π

Wow..... these places are just getting worse. This is the worst one I've been to.
In fact, the health department will be contacted regarding just how unsanitary this place is. Look at the photos.
There have been 2 other customers complaining while I've been waiting for my order. One because there's no clean tables. The other only got half his order.
There's no excuse for this.
Maybe it's time to try another restaurant chain.

This location wasn't very busy. They were out of a few menu items. There was a homeless man sitting at a table charging his cell phone. Food was ok, lacked flavor.

Never been at this location before. A few items I observed... Counter person was on his personal cell phone while we waited for someone to take our order, All three trash cans were overflowing with trash on the floor, floor was filthy dirty with dirt, foot prints, drink stains, wrappers, chicken bones, food items on the floor and under the tables. At least half of the dining room tables were not wiped down. Salsa bar had spills all over and had not been cleaned in the 45 minutes we were there. Behind the counter in the food area, there was spilled food on the top of the food containers, the floor had trash all over and had not been mopped or swept. All napkin containers were empty, I told the counter person and they only filled the front counter container. Employees were eating in the dining room at the tables and had full view of the dining room condition. Checking your Yelp reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problem. We will not be returning to this location. You should be embarrassed to have a restaurant in this condition.

Got the double chicken salad which I've had before from another location that was amazing. However this location's version is horrible!!! Skimpy avocado. Meat was poor quality, crumbling, overcooked. Not at all what I was expecting.

Wow so clean. Courteous staff. My 1st time there. The cashier (receipt says Jonathan) even gave me my senior discount w/out me asking! I truly appreciate that. Thank you Jonathan πππ€. I never ask. Why should I "beg" for a discount? If they appreciate my business, they should discount offer on their own. I, the recipient will be happy to accept, knowing it's a "true" gratitude. Good job Jonathan!!! πππ€

The chicken was gross βΉοΈ. Looked & tasted like last month's leftovers. I ordered the 2pc meal to go. So, I'm not driving 8miles there, 8 mls back just for 2pcs of chicken.
However, due to Jonathan's gesture, I'm willing to patronize them again. Yes, will be there around same time, 4:30pm.
