Checked in 8pm on 4/19. The drive thru clerk was polite, straightforward and honest about getting a new system that just wasn’t working so they were about to close the business early. They kindly answered my question if this affected other Carl’s Jr. locations and I was told it just affected theirs. So I drove to the location on Warner Avenue and got my simple order of large fries.

I decided to try a promotional burger, the Bacon Beast. The burger did not knock my socks off. It was okay. The fries were nothing to write home about. The fries tasted like the fry oil was old. I would only suggest this meal for someone easy to please.

I felt Very discriminated against.
Waited 5 minutes at the counter before being helped by unfriendly manager and other older counter person. But as soon as another costumer ( Hispanic) came in they were waited on immediately with friendliness. Looks like a lawsuit in their future

We waited about 10 minutes to finally have someone approach the check out counter. Seem like they were under staffed because the employee left their smartphone by the cash register. When asked what we wanted to order, they were no longer offering it or were out of supply. It was 11:20am on Saturday and the staff looked like they were tired already. Ordered stuff we had to substitute that were ok and the French 🍟 fries were gray, wrinkly and dry.

This place is terrible 😕 when they're not busy it seems like they busy and will not even acknowledge you when you walk into order ,I waited 10mins before someone finally came up to me. Drive thru Customers coming into complain because the food was not right. Food not good. I would really think about coming here to eat.

Worst Carl’s food experience ever. I was very polite when they told me they had no ranch, I says no worries just ketchup then. I open my charbroiled chicken sandwich, it has no cheese on it and these gross ends instead of tomato slices. The bacon and lettuce were soggy, worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever been served.
I came through hours before closing and it’s just plain not acceptable to serve this to someone.

Yikes. How difficult is it to make a burger without cheese. Absolutely impossible for this location (Adams, HB). I said it twice, repeated back to me twice! Still has cheese. This isn't the first time either. Some people have allergies. You all are trying to kill me. Oh BTW, your listed phone line is a fax machine ...nice way to avoid your customers.

Server was in a big hurry and didn't pack my taco well. Once I returned home I found my taco was crushed
