Went through the drive thru where Erika was working. She was so fast, efficient and polite. She was genuinely kind and made sure to get my order correct. Best employee I've come across in a long time. A+++
Stopped here on my way home from work, I was greeted by Maria who has great customer service. I ordered a Guacamole Angus burger combo which was hot when I received it and was delicious.
Food is always hot, staff is friendly as can be! We all have our off days, but these guys at this location are always good to me! And the dining room is always cleaned up! Bathrooms are always available too! For sure one of my top go-to’s
Came in to this location for my usual double western combo… fries were hot and crispy.. I upgraded my drink to a caramel shake.. delicious as I expected.. great customer services and very efficient staff… Edgar the manager very professional as well
I was in the facility on 7/4/2023 @ 9:14 PM and ordered takeout. While waiting, I observed the manager working coordinately between a drive-through and the counter, plus handling cooking French fries and serving them promptly accordingly. Awe-inspiring, good job.
Clean friendly efficient professional. I happened to be traveling and needed a place to work. I was able to work uninterrupted, ate two separate meals and the food was killer. Hats off to the manager and staff. Way to stay in the game, Carl's Jr.
Got off work late, Came in last 8 minutes closing manager let me in felt bad arrived at closing but he treated me so well food Came out quick and everything just the way we like it. Great place and amazing customer service.
This particular CJr location is one of my favorite go-to spots for its convenience on Warner and it's become a very nice dine-in experience when I choose to eat alone. The employees are always so friendly, helpful and professional especially their manager Edgar who is always making sure the customers are tended to well.

I swear I have NEVER walked in to a cleaner and more friendly location! Needed a tire change and wanted coffee, when I walked in Edgar greeted me with a big warm smile and I must admit, it is rare for me to have such an outstanding experience from a fast food chain, let alone stop while I’m standing in the dining room to share this with y’all 😁
I had a double western combo and it was delicious 😋 burger had the right amount of sauce made to order because it was so hot...I decided to try the strawberry cheesecake after all the food was great thank you guys I'll return soon customer service was great thank you Edgar.

Every morning I stop by for my breakfast loaded burrito and black coffee . Today I was there at 8:52 am. Edgar is in the drive through window and takes my order. Very pleasant gentleman always with a smile. He really represents Carls Jr with a professional manner. His uniform is impeccable and deserves a raise 😉
