I was at this restaurant on 10/21/2017 for my grandsons birthday. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. I was sitting at a table and I saw a cockroach, got it and killed it. A little while later I saw another one on a chair, got it and killed it too. If I had seen them before we ate, I would have suggested that we all went somewhere else. I was really surprised because the place looked pretty clean. I guess sometimes you never know. One more thing. I ordered a salad and was charged $8.06 and given a plate that was the size salad a child would eat. Are you kidding me, $8.00 for a salad of that size!!!

The kids enjoy this location than others we have visited. Even at its busiest time it isn't packed and there isn't a line to play at the games. Toddlers are able to roam freely without getting trampled by other children. I haven't encountered a rude worker, everyone has accommodated our party professionally. Always managed to find "Our seats" as I call them, so the kids know where we are waiting for them. Food is always served hot and although their lunch buffet goes quicker than they can serve it, food is always hot and tasty. Kids tested, mother, grandmother, Nina approved �
Had a great experience here. This is the oldest location to still exist, having been open since 1979. They still have the animatronics, though they could use some TLC. The cashier didn't seem to care about her job. I was overcharged for my pizza but was given more play points than I paid for, so make sure you check your card in case you were given less. My pizza was tasty at least, and my drink tasted how it should. While I didn't see any games that were completely broken, some of them could use repairs. For example, one of the coin pusher games had two of the slots taped over. This is a good location if you want to film the animatronic show, as I had no problems. Plus, this location is in a pretty good area.
This location is always busy because it’s the only one in the entire city. Despite it being packed, the staff were on top of it all. Taking orders, running birthday parties and cleaning up used tables. The food quality is on par with all other Chuck E. Cheese locations I have been to. The game selection here is a little small, but still enough to keep the little ones engaged.
You no longer get your food delivered to your table. You have to go pick it up at the kitchen window.
The only major problem I observed was the guy at the entrance/exit was not checking hand stamps on the way out, which is a huge safety issue. Why bother going through all the hand stamping process when coming in if you’re not going to check it on the way out?
Liked the atmosphere and the staff were helpful when I came in for two job interviews. Didn't get a response back yet but I'll still provide the establishment with a good review. Great location, people like to have their parties here.
Clean and bright. Staff is friendly and it wasn’t too crowded. On Tuesdays there is a 2, 1 topping large pizzas for $25 deal. Buying points instead of minutes for games seems like a better deal (unless you can play more than 1 game per minute). Kids had fun and pizza tastes great.
I think this is the best Chuck E. Cheese’s Location. The animatronics are in good quality for being that old. The Pizza is delicious. The staff is very kind. All the games are in good quality, When I go there, they are not broken down. Chuck E. Is really cool. I think This Chuck E Cheese’s location is the best one.
Super expensive for a family. The food was over priced for the quality, the games were reasonably priced. For a family of 3, it will easily cost you $100+. The animatronic characters didn't sync up that well with the music videos.
This location is the cleanest I've ever seen. The people and service were great. My daughter definitely enjoyed herself. Thank you!
Love bringing my son here for a good time. I love chicken wings here it is one of my favorites.(bone in).
We had our kid's birthday . After so many year's of not being here.I was surprised. Place wasn't overcrowded and pizza was better than I remembered. It was a bit pricey but, my kids and their friends had a lot of fun. 👍👍👍
