Great pizza, they could use to have beer on tap. But the beer selection is good. Enjoyable food put together with care. The sticker about the sonic transducers on the windows was a little cheesy but forgivable.

Hands down the best diy pizza joint. The service is excellent. The pizza quality is better than Pieology, Blaze, Pizza Hut, papa john, It's even better than Round table. For around 9$ you get one pizza with as many toppings as your heart desire. The ingredients are super fresh and high-quality. The final result is a thin crust pizza with gooey cheese. If it is good for my health, I'll probably have one a day. After you get your 🍕, you can bring it outside and listen to music or enjoy the fresh air since it's located near the center of Bella terra facing the movie theatre 🎭

Very good service. She gave me a free drink because my Groupon would not come up. Was disappointed when our pizza was ready a they called our name and we were the only one's in there at the time and 3 people behind the counter, extra customer service would have brought it to us.

Great place to eat! $8.50 and unlimited toppings how could anyone go wrong! I eat here as often as I can! It's close and always friendly staff! Recommend to anyone that likes pizza!

This place is awesome. Brought the family for our first visit after seeing it a couple times. Our normal go to is a competitive company until today. The staff is amazing and the pizzas and ingredients are top notch. My daughter dropped her pizza after they made it and I offered to pay for another and they wouldn't let me. Shows there are still good people not only out to make a dollar. This place is highly recommended from us!! Thank you Pile it on Pizza �!!

I quickly went from irritated to irate. First time at the restaurant, waited several minutes while the female attendant was helping another customer (#1). She told me she'd be right with me, and I acknowledged, resorting to browsing the ingredients in the glass case. Several minutes went by and a line started to form behind me. The attendant was still assisting the previous customer (#1). The male store manager was standing in the back attending the oven, and second female employee was at the register. While I was still waiting to place my order, the second fem employee approached the customer behind me (#3) and started taking her order. So I was skipped while clearly in line, but didn't say anything. Honest mistake by employee 2. The first fem employee was still with the first customer and the manager wasn't really doing anything at this point. He did not acknowledge me. When the first fem employee finished with her customer (#1), she came back to the counter and proceeded to greet the next customer in line, #4. I got skipped a second time. The employee did not acknowledge me, nor make eye contact, granted I had been standing there for more than 10 minutes closely looking thru the glass case while two other customers were served. I raised got her attention and asked her why I was made to wait so long and skipped 2 times. I became more irritated by the lack of concern shown by the employees, and immediately changed my mind and left. No way I would spend my money in this restaurant. After leaving the restaurant, I sat outside with some friends and shared this story with them. I called the store and the male employee answered. I asked to speak to the owner and he said there was no way to reach him. The owner did not leave a number and does not visit the store. I asked to speak to the manager, and he acknowledged I was speaking to him. I asked why his store had such poor customer service. He quickly denied any wrongdoing and said they had great customer service. I told him I wanted to speak to ok the owner to let him know about my experience. He responded that I had a tantrum and that the owner didn't care. The owner has a lot of money. What do you have, he said. I was in disbelief at the arrogance and utter disregard for customer experience and satisfaction demonstrated by this store manager. An $8 pizza is certainly not worth the hastle, and they don't deserve my hard earned money. There are plenty of other food options at Bella Terra.

One of our favorite pizza spots in HB�. Fun, tasty and yummy!

I walked in to order and thankfully I saw the box that they keep their food handling gloves in or I could have had a life threatening reaction. Latex gloves are really dangerous for food preparation as lots of people are allergic to latex. Please think about using safer gloves or at least warning people!

great location, the pizza are really good, good selection and across from the theater , very convenient if you are going to see a movie , we both like it a lot and will definitely go back

Stopped by last night for dinner after a movie. My 5 year old loved her cheese pizza. My husband, and I loved our own creations. It was our first time. I would come here again.

We visited Pile it on Pizza a few months back & FLIPPED over the poke pizza!!!! Amazing! Great atmosphere & so scrummy!!! Will be back to see the handsome GM ASAP =)

Terribile customer service. We came back with a coupon and they refused to take it. They said we have to print it out! Ok fine but we explained we dont have a working printer. The girl ignored that and simply asked us if we want the pizzas or not. We walked out. Never to return. Um - understand that if your offering promotions via text/mobile platforms it is assinine and disingenuous to require (hide) behind analog requirements to redeem them. I dont expect them to last long. Oh and the pizzas they made were not the same quality we got the first time - the crust was missing and had holes in parts......they would take meat and other toppings and split them up (tore them into smaller pieces). The manager did not even try to retain our business

I like the gf pizza but when you ask an employee what other items may contain wheat they need to know the answer, instead they said "what do you mean?" I advised them that it's normal for the white sauce and meat balls to contain wheat so if your going to sell gf please be educated on what you are selling, this alone makes me not want to return!
