Placed my order online for pick up at a specific time. I arrived on time and my order wasn't ready yet. Waited about 7 to 10 minutes for my order. The food wasn't as good as I remembered it being. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with Cajun fries and a strawberry Fanta. The sandwich was a bit dry, the fries a bit soggy and the drink lacked ice. The overall flavor of the food was good which is why I gave it 4 stars (also cuz there are no half stars).

I went through the drive-thru and the employee taking my order was patient and attentive with great customer service. Upon reaching the window, I was greeted in a welcoming way and given my drinks. I paid for my order and I thought Marisol forgot my order as she handed me my receipt after, but she politely informed me that it was almost ready and she even held a small conversation with me. I even got an extra nugget! ;) Great atmosphere for sure! Thanks for being the people that we need in this world.

I go here often and yeah sometimes they get the order a little wrong or are out of something but I went today about 8pm and the customer service is great. The guy at the window was really friendly and I appreciate the kind service. I wish I would've got his name but thank you.

My food was a good temperature and was fresh. The spicy chicken was not spicy enough for me. The same for the Jambalaya. If I didn't know how they were supposed to taste, I would have liked them more.

The staff members at this Popeyes location are friendly, prompt and provide excellent customer service. I tried their popcorn shrimp and I was surprised on how tasty they were. They had a good crunch and the shrimp inside the deep fried batter wasn't dried or shriveled. They were bursting with flavor. This location is kept clean with harldly any trash on the floor. It is a welcoming atmosphere with the cashiers greeting you as soon as you walk in the doors and when you are telling them your order. I have been to this popeyes location several times and they have not given me a reason not to come back. I will be returning to this location for my future lunch hours.
