First time here. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly.. my bowl was delicious and enjoyed it very much!
Food was great. We went for a local HS Fundraiser and we're disappointed to see the manager being rude to some students who were asking for help because their online order did not reflect the fundraiser. The students needed this on their receipt for extra credit for some of their classes and Chipotle will only donate for the receipts that are marked for the fundraiser. We would like to see this manager do better because lots of organizations bring business to Chipotle for these fundraisers.
This location is always on top of their game. The burritos are larger than other locations and they never get my order wrong. The indoor seating is pretty limited, so you may have to sit outside.
This location is right next to a high school, so whatever you do, do not go right when school gets out, unless you enjoy long lines and teenagers acting a fool.
Also, since COVID, this location has had their bathrooms closed. So, no bathrooms at the moment.
The manager was so helpful despite our mistake. We greatly appreciated the free burrito and more than that just the positive experience. Thanks!
Good food, great customer service, and a great price. Eat here weekly and they know our order.. it's nice when the place has great staff that's customer oriented.
I cannot say enough great things about this Chipotle location. Every time I eat here, the food is fresh, consistent, and delicious. The staff is friendly and all around amazing. So amazing, that when a burrito of mine was scrapped once, the team member remade the entire thing and remembered everything I ordered on it to a tee! Thats impressive! I can hardly remember what time it is after checking my watch, and someone here can remember an entire order long enough to remake it from scratch. If there has ever even been a hint of a challenge, Julia makes sure everyone is well taken care of and the staff promptly swings into action. I come to Seacliff quite a lot to grab lunch on the go or dinner when in commute, and when I think each time of which place I'm going to eat at, I'm going to Chipotle. The service alone makes the difference.
12-2016 Update. They seem to have a new manager and are giving you the regular portion of meat that you used to get when they first opened up.

Good value for your money. If you get the basic bowl, just meat rice/beans it's $5.90, but sometimes they are a bit skimpy on the meat they give you. Sometimes you get a full bowl.
This Chipotle is amazing. The employees are always friendly. They don’t give you attitude like other SoCal Chipotle’s. The food is always made right. The seating is good. Clean single person restrooms. The management is doing something right at this location.

Gotta love the fresh food at Chipotle... I always get the chicken burrito🌯🌯...it's to die for! I get chicken, white cilantro rice, black beans, and all the fixings......queso, lettuce, tomato, corn, guacamole, sour cream, salsa....and extra sweet corn cuz I love the sweet corn so much! With all the extra corn🌽 they usually can't wrap the burrito with one tortilla...watching them try is quite entertaining 😂😜🤯😇♥️💜💙💚💛
