I had to order the large which gives you five scoops of protein and the selections are really nice but I prefer spicy tuna. I love the interior of the place. It’s really cool when you come in they’ll start you off by asking how big your order whether it needs to be small or large
I took the basic toppings of cucumber and fish eggs and then I had spicy mayo added my first layer with salad, but your choice is salad, or white or brown rice
And I ordered Pasco guava nectar for me, it was the perfect meal !!
The flavor was perfect to customize

Poki Star in Huntington Beach is our go-to poke takeout restaurant. There are several options for fish and spicy options as well. I particularly like the different levels of heat you can add when you customize and add in the sauces. One unique offering from Poki Star is the option of choosing black rice along with white rice and brown rice as a base. I like the choices of add-ins and toppings, and the young staff that work there are always helpful and attentive. The shopping center also houses a Starbucks, Bubba Sweets, Taco Bell, and other sit-down restaurants as well!

I was able to come here twice while on business. I did enjoy all the variety of toppings to the 3 or 5 protein bowl. The rice was great for the foundation.
I tried the volcano 2 and spicy mayo combo and couldn't really taste the heat at all. Probably needed more flavoring. A but bland. But the bowl size and portion for 5 protein is good. 15.99. Adding an avocado baby scoop is probably worth it at 1.50 extra to give your bowl extra texture. Enjoyed the bowl. Spice up the sauces.

Delicious fresh cut salmon! Worth my patience, walked in as soon as I knew they opened at 11am. Medium is enough to share with someone too 🙌🏽.

Come here every now and then since it’s close to the house.
Today I ordered the regular bowl with tuna, salmon, and albacore. Also added edamame, cilantro, wasabi, and spicy Mayo.
The meal was tasty and the fish tasted fresh. The portion seemed small for the amount of money, especially compared to other poke locations nearby.
I recommend this place if you are in the area, but there are tastier places a bit further away in Westminster.

I'm no Poki officionado but I loved my first time here; the staff were great at explaining options and the choices were expansive. The regular bowl is large enough for any lunch appetite, the ingredients were all fresh in flavor and the fish was delicate.
There's a steady lunchtime traffic indicating that people are enjoying this place - with checking out!

Poke* (don’t know why California spots insist on calling it “poke-ee”) was very tasty and for a reasonable price. Not as many toppings as some places but a great portion of quality fish. And some real spicy options which is always fun

Fresh and super yummy. U pick ur stuff and they mix it up and top it off with amazing sauces. Plus the wonton chips with the avocado u can pick for ur bowl are so good. It's pricey but totally worth it! Staff here is super nice too. Love this place.

I went in today to get a Poki bowl for my husband. He love this place. And although I don’t eat Poki, I don’t mind picking it up for him at this place. The gal that helped me today was so nice. I am deaf in one ear and had to have her repeat herself a few times (masks are hard) she was so nice and didn’t get frustrated with me. Great place!

Of all of the poki restaurants, this one takes the cake!! Everything is super fresh and delicious! Great portions too!
WAIT A MINUTE!.. I cameback again and, their portions seem smaller and their price has gone up! And the thing that bother us the most is that, they still denying their customers to use their restroom, When everybody else has their restrooms open for their customers. According to the health department, every establishment that is selling food, it's supposed to provide a place where people can at least wash their hands! It is not fair for their faithful customers, When you have to go across the parking lot to use Taco Bell's restroom, because Starbucks next door, doesn't have one anymore. We are not sure ifwe're coming back.

Absolutely blown away with how good their bowl is. Not even kidding, I will definitely be stopping by here a few times a week after work. Ive never eaten anything like this and I was extremely satisfied and its one block away from where I live. It may be a little pricy for a fast serve food service but its worth it. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. I highly recommend trying this place at least once. Warning, if you dont like fish id recommend going somewhere else. I love adding albacore, tuna and salmon into my bowl with spicy mayo sauce.

Pretty good poke place. Their fish is usually pretty fresh. Their salmon has good flavor and texture as well as their tuna option. Rice is done well, good moisture and bite. They are relatively conservative on their toppings. Nothing eccentric like what is found at places such as LowKeyPoki but they do simple and do it well. One downside is they charge extra for avocado and seaweed salad. Also I think their prices are slightly higher than competing poke places.
