Solid BBQ and a great rotating craft beer selection. Reasonable priced sandwiches and bowls, cause the que can get expensive. Like most BBQ places this one is small and it can get crowded. They get many to-go orders and that helps.
Real BBQ in HB! This is my first time here and it was great. The side dishes are good too, which at a lot of places are an after thought.

Yummy good ol' southern BBQ food with a great selection of beer & wine -IPA's, pilsners, stout as well as nice selection of wine.
Had the turkey, beans and tri tip chili. All were very good. i liked the bite in the beans and chili. Turkey was smoked just right. My wife also enjoyed the turkey. I had carry out but next time will eat there, nice beer selection.
Amazing BBQ! Sampled the brisket, tri tip, pulled pork, and andoille sausage. The sides we tried, potato salad (amazing) the nuclear corn, the Santa maria rice which is a cilantro, lime jasmine rice(amazing) the bbq beans also amazing. We were greeted by Rose and mentioned this was our first time and answered all of our questions about the menu. This is a hidden gem in a strip mall but well worth the drive. Mike from the kitchen even asked about our meal and check on us. We told him everything was amazing. No sauces needed, but they have many options to choose from. Definitely will be back.
This was the backup plan for my hubby’s birthday dinner. Small place and there were 6 of us needing a table inside since it was cold! We were able to push 3 tables together and it worked fine.

Highly recommend the brisket sandwich. The coke slaw was not your typical coke slaw. It was light and delicious, not drowning in mayonnaise! I’m hoping it was healthy!
The corn was delicious as was the bacon Mac & cheese. Everyone was satisfied with their meals.

Food and service were spectacular. It was both me and my girlfriends first time, and we felt welcomed as if we were regulars from the second we arrived til when we left. Food was fresh, hot, delicious and good portions. We were even gifted a complimentary taco for taco tuesday. Although the ribs, brisket and pulled pork were all amazing, the taco ended up being my girlfriends favorite. We certainly will be back, and highly recommend you give them a try/taste!
1st visit. Staff was very good. Small place, but nice. Food not bad, except cornbread was on dry side. Try coleslaw, that's good 👍
By far the best BBQ place in town. What a nice surprise, The brisket was perfectly done the beef ribs were falling out of the bone. I tried many BBq places including the the expensive Brazilian churrascaria and this tiny hidden place was simply better than its competition and way more affordable. I just hope they are always serving this high quality everyday

The seasoning they use on the BBQ is Epic, Phenomenal. The portions you get for your sides when you order a dinner are huge.
They had a display of three different sauces. You know the BBQ is Good Everyone... when you really don't need to add sauce.

Brisket and Pulled Pork was so tender and the portions were plenty! Especially loved the BBQ sauce and Beer battered fries. Overall, service was quick, staff was fun, and food was great!
Small but quaint spot, and there is an outdoor seating area also . Excellent ambience and music. Draft beers on tap. Coca Cola products for soda. The BBQ is OUTSTANDING!!! Most importantly: the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich is served with coleslaw on the side, so it may be put on the sandwich. I am from the South Eastern United States (SC & Central FL) and I know BBQ. Best BBQ in Orange County, CA. Mike is a solid pit master.
Oh man, i ate so much that i can't even move. The tri-tip is delish!!!! The corn bread brought back memory of my grandmothers. The potato salad made me want more. The gentleman that assisted me was above and beyond perfessional. He connected with me on a military level also. Thank you for the military discount. I will become a regular at this awesome place.
Great food, by far best brisket I've found in California. The tri-tip was one of the best I've eaten in OC. I can't honestly say it was the best tri-tip ever, but it's the best I've had outside of Santa Barbara county. It won't disappoint if you grew up in tri-tip land.
The prices are beyond reasonable considering what you get. No, it's not pre-Biden prices, but compared to fast food burgers, this is by far a better deal.
The location isn't bad, but other than being a convenient location, it's borderline meh. Space is tight, that can't be helped. About half the customer area is pretty nice and half is, ugh, this isn't comfortable. To be honest, once you get the food you won't care about the seating. Maybe they did it on purpose so you eat and get out. 🤣
Just come and try it. The must important thing is that you get great food at a reasonable price.
