The freshest sushi in Huntington Beach or maybe Orange County. We've been coming here for dinner and wouldn't go anywhere else. They also serve amazing desserts. Presentation is as good as the taste! Truly exceptional! Jimmy's is the greatest host!

Collin was absolutely a spectacular server and he took so many photos of me with my friends, yet kept a cheerful attitude and was not annoyed with us in the slightest! He’s kind, intelligent, and just was a delightful human to be around. The food was beyond incredible. I’m in awe of this experience.

Hashigo Sushi is a little spot tucked into the corner of the Big 5 parking lot. Despite many years of living in the area and visiting the shopping mall I had no clue it was here until other locals mentioned this spot, so keep your eyes peeled so as to not miss the spot. It's definitely a local spot

This is one of my FAVORITE sushi restaurants! Their rolls are great and creative, and service is always good. I wish they weren't closed on Mondays!
