The best food you can get on the Huntington coast! We stopped by on a Sunday night and were able to be seated immediately and get our food. We had the chicken kebab plates and pita sandwich. The chicken was beautifully seasoned, soft and tender. The hummus that came with was so delicious. The bread was not like regular pita bread but was light and fluffy.
Highly recommend coming here!
very good food! you get a starter with good dips. lots of food for the money, and cheap food. freshly squeezed orange juice and big soda. The food came very quickly, absolutely fantastic! go here!!
Wow! Made a pit stop for a quick bite. Both parents and 3 children were happy and satisfied. There were options for pizza and pasta as well, which was a big plus for us since we don't always eat the same things. It made it easier to eat at one place with plenty of options. Chicken Kabob was my favorite. My husband got shrimp, which were the Jumbo ones. The whole plate was so flavourful, and the pizza was also very delicious. Would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
Busy, locally owned restaurant. We enjoyed juicy, well prepared chicken kabob plate with hummus, rice and salad, baba ganoush and their generous helping of delicious puffy style pita bread. Seating available indoors and outside. Smiling, efficient and helpful employees. Very few people working today but that may be the usual. Found Golden Olive driving towards Sunset Beach and they were open Christmas! They were so busy with catering orders, several meal delivery orders, walk ins, take out orders and phone in orders! Our food was served very quickly, we dined there.

Great Mediterranean food. It’s right along PCH and they are open for indoor and outdoor seatings now.
We came to Huntington Beach with a friend to have a ride on his boat. When lunch came, he asked if would like to try this great Mediterranean food restaurant. We didn’t regret the decision. The food here are fantastic. We love all the things we ordered.
Before the main dishes came out, the restaurant owner gave us two plates of pita breads freshly made. They were so food. I instantly devoured three pita breads with garlic butter dips.
When my food came out, I smelt great fragrance of the food. My chicken kabob was cooked right and the meats were so tasty and tender. The shrimp skewers were also very delicious.
My wife had a Kafka kebab. I tasted a piece, the marinated beef meat tasted so good. The whole dish was wonderful.
We don’t have a chance to eat Mediterranean foods that much as we don’t have a lot of middle eastern food near where we live. This restaurant really have a good selections of the wonder Mediterranean food. My friend also told me that he got very comments from the people he’s been being here to eat.
Delicious food! We tried the chicken and steak kabobs, they were grilled so nicely. The fresh pita bread was delicious, especially with the herbs and garlic sauce.
The food was fantastic, but the service was lacking. The atmosphere was not great and not what I would expect given the food prices.
WOW!! THE BEST SERVICE AND MOST DELCIOUS FOOD I'VE EVER HAD! I had my company's Christmas party on a yacht Sat 12/10/22; I ordered my food a few days in advance. When I arrived the food was ready! They were all SO kind and helpful. I forgot our serving utensils, so they allowed us to borrow theirs. THANK YOU GOLDEN OLIVE! EVERYONE LOVED YOUR FOOD!!! I should have brought some of your business cards because everyone wanted to know where I got the food from. : )
I was working in the area and decided to try this restaurant. I was really craving meat.
I was left impressed. The lamb chops were great and juicy. The great amount of seasoning was great and it was and cooked perfectly.
The bread was so soft and fluffy. Eating it with the rice and hummus was the perfect combination.
Give this place a try if you’re craving Middle Eastern food.
Good food. Excellent bread. Falafal was different, better than others. No tap water, have to buy bottled water for $2.00.
I ordered no.19 and every single thing about my meal was done perfectly. I cannot overstate that enough .
From the little mixed salad that had four or five vegetables, to the yogurt sauce, to the olive oil and herbs for the amazing pillowy bread that they serve with the meal, to the rice, to the hummus, to both kinds of meat I had ordered, everything was perfect. The flavors, the ingredients, the proportions, the preparation.
The people who made this food know very well what they are doing and I will definitely be back.
