Wait time seems long but they seat you fast. Last 2 times we were told about a 40 min wait but where seated within 15 min. This is now my favorite breakfast place. The portions are huge so we always share our dishes. The menu has a huge selection. The coffee is also good. I hate it when it taste
Service is great. Nice place with a alfresco dine out. Love the maple syrup where they heat it up for you before your pancake is serve. Big portion!
Food was amazing and service was great but the prices are higher than they should be in my opinion. Must not be too much though because the place was packed.
I took my favorite daughter to breakfast and we both were blown away at the size of the plates! I got the strawberry pancakes with a side of sliced bananas. It had a snowball sized helping of whipped cream on top and the server brought not only a huge carafe of syrup but a side of their fresh straw

Simply perfect, the pancakes, the omelets, the potatoes, were just purely excellent. The chocolate chip pancakes were delicious and the whipped cream just added this succulent mouth feel. Overall, truly a 10/10 restaurant perfect for breakfast.
Best place for breakfast I've found in Orange County so far. Consistent, high-quality food and great service. They're known for their apple pancakes, but I love their omelettes. They start them in a frying pan and finish them in the oven so they're big and fluffy.

Solid, go-to neighborhood diner. Consistently good food. Great for kids, and families, with indoor and outdoor seating. Only negative is no AMEX, but that's just for me.
4 bacon, 2 eggs and three normal sized pancakes topped with cream and fresh strawberries. Sat outside, which was nice. There were flies in the air, but they didn't land so was just a visual distraction.
We love to come here to have breakfast. I’d recommend going early as there can be a wait during later breakfast hours. The service is always quick and the coffee is good.
Definitely a must try. 👌 we had the Nutella Crepes, Bacon Pancakes and the Gluten Friendly Pancakes. The food and service was excellent.
