The menu at the Himalayan Nepali restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, from momo dumplings to hearty curries and flavorful rice dishes.
Each bite was a burst of taste, and I particularly enjoyed the blend of spices that was both aromatic and satisfying.
The decor 😍and soothing music created a warm and welcoming environment, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing evening out. The staff were attentive and added to the overall positive experience. I left the restaurant with a full stomach and a big smile, eager to return for another round of delectable Himalayan flavors.
I was looking for a place to satisfy my craving for Indian food and I found Himalayan Grill waterfront. I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. The restaurant is located near the water and has a beautiful view of the yachts and the ocean. The ambiance was relaxing and inviting, with a gentle breeze and soothing music.
The food was delicious and authentic, with a variety of dishes to choose from. I ordered lamb korna, chicken tikka masala, cheese paneer naan, and rice. The lamb was tender and flavorful, the chicken was moist and spicy, the naan was soft and buttery, and the rice was fluffy and aromatic. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I also tried the old monk 10000 beer, which was smooth and refreshing.
The service was friendly and attentive, with the staff checking on us regularly and refilling our drinks.
I had a wonderful time at Himalayan Grill waterfront and I would definitely come back for more. It is one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Indian food or wants to try something new. It is a hidden gem in Huntington beach that you don’t want to miss.
Best Nepali food in California. The food tastes extremely authentic, in fact I would wager to say it tastes better than in Nepal. I had the pumpkin lamb curry, a seasonal dish, and it was impeccable. The lamb was soft and juicy while the pumpkin curry made an excellent compliment.
The owner and staff are welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is very Nepali inspired with prayer flags, prayer wheels, and kukris lining the walls.
The location is beautiful and right next to the water. Being next to the ocean and eating authentic Nepali food is only possible here, as Nepal is a land locked country!
All in all an amazing restaurant.
My best find and a great kick off to the long weekend. If you are looking for authentic Nepalese cuisine in Orange county area, this is the place to go! Beautiful views of the marina with amazing service! We ordered chicken momos, lollipop and fish 😍 People who work here are so welcoming and warm! Will surely come back for the delicious food!!
I was craving to have Momos. I found out this authentic Nepalese place to have my lunch this afternoon. Wowww one of the best Momos I have had & such a big portion. Excellent food & service. Very welcoming waiter who was genuinely caring to take care of my request. I wasn’t happy with my chilli chicken & steamed rice. Chicken was too spicy. I told them spicy level of 3. But it was very spicy. And steamed rice wasn’t fresh. I suggest fried rice will be a better accompaniment with that. Rest all was good.
We've been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile. We went to the PCH location at Peter's Landing in Huntington Beach.
It wasn't as good an experience as I'd hoped. The chicken Tikka was very good, my coconut shrimp was also very good, the shrimp were huge. When it came to the onion kapucha, it had no flavor at all and the chicken samosa followed suit with no flavor. We will try them again as it may have been an off night. The service was great, they have a large menu and great service.
If you haven’t been here, don’t wait. Go now. It’s amazing!! They have an extensive menu featuring authentic dishes from the several different regions. Lots of vegetarian options. Every bite is delicious!!! The staff are very thoughtful and friendly! Thank you!!

especially thukpa soup, momos, paneer tikka sizzler .
Service is good 👍
Clean and nice embiance
I recommend this place .
Great food and ambience. They always make Mushroom Matar for me even though it's not on their menu. It's really delicious. The roti is freshly made out at least it tastes like it is. The chicken vindaloo didn't disappoint. The waiter was very nice and helpful. This was my fourth visit and I plan on many more.
We were on the way from LA to San Diego and this is an amazing stop on the way on the Pacific route to stop and have an amazing dinner with a view the service is excellent
