Taste Of Thai & Sushi

I don’t write reviews unless a place is terrible or exceptionally good and this was the latter. I admit, I have not tried this place in about three years and the last time I went it was absolutely awful. Apparently they have new management and everything was so delicious. The spring rolls were full of vegetables and not just stuffed with a bunch of noodles. The pad Thai was the right amount of spice. It had plenty of chicken and shrimp in it. service was great. It’s just a shame that I haven’t been here sooner with the new management. 100% recommended!

We love this place! Usually we order takeout from here but we have been to the restaurant probably 3 times to dine in. They are always nice, polite, and respectful. The soft fresh rolls are soooo good and the Tom kha gai soup is divine. We have never had an entree we didn’t love, and we’ve had quite a few from pad Thai, pad woon sen, ploys, tiger cried, sushi, and more. This place has made me love Thai food for years!

I really liked this place. It did need some explanation when you walked in, which we never received (appetizer bar, still don't know how it worked). The food was really good. The basil and pork fried rice was seasoned well and tasted great. To my surprise, it was loaded with pork! The pork pieces were too big for me, and I had to cute them. All-in-all delicious. The Tom guy soup 🍲 was light with a hint of coconut 🥥 flavor. I like that it was not all I tasted. Tom Yum 🍲 was nice with a good soccer kick ( I ordered medium). A delicious rich flavor. We will definitely be going back.

It's one more great place for lunch. You order an entree for about $13.99 and get a snack bar on top (suchi, veggies, egg rolls, spring rolls, fried onion, shrimp etc.). Dine-in only for this option. Excellent price to value ratio. The only thing I would mention, I've ordered yellow curry and asked to make it low spicy, and it was really spicy, I couldn't eat it, but it tasted good, my hubby ate it all😊 Pad see ewe with pork was awesome.

It has been over a year since I have been to this location. I entered a newly remodeled and updated restaurant. Restaurant is under new ownership. The food is much better than the last time I ate here. I will be coming back more often now. I had the Thai tea (that was good). Crispy vegetable roll (made fresh and very good) Green curry chicken with fresh veggies (also very good). I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, if you have not been here in a while.
