I have been a long time customer of Sarku. I have read the bad reviews and I know every experience can be different but I have had only good experiences at this location. The service has always been friendly. This location is always busy and the line can get long. No matter how long the line I have never had to wait too long. The cooks have been the same ones for years now. They know how to cook the chicken just right. I have had teriyaki chicken at other places and the chicken is burnt. I have never had that issue here. I will say the prices have gone up but they have gone up everywhere so it's unfair for people to leave a bad review because they think the prices are too high. However, their portion sizes are plenty and I usually get double meat so I have enough for lunch the next day. Their drink cups are BIG so when you spend $2.50 you get alota soda vs other places with their small cups for the same price. Before covid they offered refills but that is gone. Smh. I recommend this place for some good teriyaki.

I always love their chicken teriyaki with fried rice! Nice to enjoy with some vegetables and extra teriyaki sauce!

I love the teriyaki chicken from Sarku Japan.. I have tried so many places but nothing compares with Sarku Japan chicken flavor. I always go to the one inside Deerbrook Mall in Humble, Texas .... The only thing is that since it's inside a Mall it's to over crowded. It would be better if they would open a Sarku Japan in a location in Humble but not inside the Mall in my opinion.
