Review Wendy's - Hudsonville

I go to this location instead of closer more convenient locations due to the service and the food always seems hotter/fresher. They even fully refunded my bill without any prompt by me because they were running behind.

I went through the drive thru and only ordered a junior frosty. When I pulled up to pay he just gave it to me and said I was good. Drive thru guy, you have my respect. If I ever learn your name my first born child will inherit it in your honor 🫡

This store has had it ups and downs with employees and it hasn't even been open a year yet. Today was good service and food quality. I am all for second chances. Keep up the positive gains.

My boy Landon did an amazing job and deserves a pay raise, he helped me with all my questions and treated me very good.

Employees always need to say thank you or have a nice day when picking up your food through the drive-through!

Every time I go to this location during work they get through the line very quickly. Never had a bad experience and the window workers are always kind.

Man do I love the Hudsonville Wendy’s! The workers put their whole hearts into those brown paper bags. I have recently become a regular attendee and the workers have my order memorized! Now that’s some good customer service. My favorite worker always goes the extra mile. He is always sure to send me off with a great view of his suspiciously jacked arm, and a comforting smile. I really feel at home there. Wendy’s is a place you can trust! I can’t say enough good things. I’ll be spreading my ashes there when I pass.

We went there today. Staff was really nice. My dad wanted a Wendy's hat like the employees wear and they gave him one. Food was hot and was really good. If you want a Wendy's with good staff go here. :)

The workers at this location over the past six months have been phenomenal! They’re polite, quick and always get my complicated kids orders correct. Very impressed!

Food was good. Cashier was nice but could smile and greet customers. Tables need to be cleaned more often or maybe even offer wipes on the tables

Very tasty food. Had the chili and an apple pecan salad and was very pleased. I was looking for something somewhat healthy and the salad was as close as I could get, but since it was cold out I couldn’t resist getting something to warm up with and the chili got the spot
