They were all out of chicken thighs drumsticks breast etc in original offered up extra crispy thighs the extra crispy was hard and dry .it was 7 or so I would've waited for them to make more . But they wouldn't. This is a very busy location everytime I try kfc it's good the next time it's a huge letdown.

Gotta check the bag and the 3 piece box, they like giving you 2 pieces and shorting you a couple tacos and a popcorn chicken...this location is Shady and the food is Meh!!!!

Update on 20220205: Service has greatly improved, lobby seems to be consistently open as it should, and staff seems much more invested/caring
Update on 20211017: Decides to try again, and lobby is closed at 1:00pm on a Sunday. Are you kidding me?!
Uncaring staff, and lobby closed at 8:30pm despite signs saying open until 10:00. Had 3 different groups try to get in while we were in the drive thru. Order was made wrong as well. Avoid at all costs

Visited on 2/6/22 and got family combo.. we got food poisoning. I'm not mad but they need to make sure they use fresh product and everyone wash their hands. Not a good experience for spending 30-40 dollars then being violently ill.

Slow as can be and the drive through doesn’t have an extra lane to pass by, so if you get stuck in the drive through by mistake then you’ll have to wait a long time to get out

I questioned if the soda i got was diet, and she said "uhhhh... it should be". I told her I'm a diabetic and she wasn't concerned. I told her keep it. Sheesh. Mark the cup diet!!!

I haven't been to Taco Bell/KFC in over a year and after going here yesterday, I remembered why. Went on a Sunday night and on top of getting my food wrong twice, it was old, overpriced and disgusting. I learned my lesson and won't be back. Taco Bell used to be a fun place to eat, things were affordable and filling but I refuse to pay over 5 dollars for crumbs of stale food.
