Messed up our four meal. Missing the ten pack nuggets drink and fries. I go to McDonald's once or twice a year and today was once, after we were at the Amazing American Heritage Museum in Hudson MA . I just wanted the nostalgic bacon double cheese burger....and it was good. I gave my son's friend my drink and fries, so I guess I got my burger in the end!!!

I spent 5 minutes at the counter before they noticed I was there. She was behind the spit shield but put her fingers in the cup as she handed it between the spit shields.
Egg shell in my McMuffin so bad I threw 3/4 away
I had some hash brown with my grease.
Overall, it was McDonald's McNasty. Very few breakfast restaurants in the area, so I came here...

I am not a regular fast food girl. On occasion , however, it is needed. This McDonald's was fast , got my order correct and easy to access. My fries were hot and loved the munch on my way home.

They are very busy. The staff takes care of the drive through before walk in. It took them a while to bring my order to the counter. They left out the sauce that I ordered for the nuggets and I had to wait another five minutes for them to get it for me and when they did get the sauce it was slapped down on the counter. Never said thank you. Worst part is it was the manager who did it. Same thing happened to the couple behind me. Won't go there again

This place is terrible I asked for spicy chicken nuggets and they said they had none when the had a big sign in the front that they had them. Then I went to go order ice cream guess what they had none of that either not even shakes. Next I went to go order a 2 plain cheese burger meal guess what they did, they did not give us the fries or the PLAIN cheese burgers. Very disappointed, get new workers!

hard to understand employees english . way under staffed employees look miserable. had one car in front of me and it took forever to get breakfast . I sat their and watched my frape melt in the window wile i waited for food. overprice for the terrible food you have to wait for.

Reggie is the only one who gets my stuff right, when it's not him I can't understand the person in the drive thru and they don't understand me I speak clearly so it can't be that hard to get a large meal when I say large but no, 2wice now iv gotten a medium meal after asking for a large 4 times!! And they never add my extra oreos when I ask and they charge me

This McDonald's is absolutely ridiculous. Always sit in the drive thru no less than 25min, and I've waited as long as 45min, just to order one meal, which is cold when you finally get it.
UPDATE:
I think this location has new management and staff (?) because I've noticed significant improvements recently. The drive thru moves like you would expect, and they typically get the order correct. Staff is friendly is too.
