Less Than Greater Than

Absolutely phenomenal! Not only was the food wonderfully prepared/plated, but it was delicious too! Great vibe, being a speakeasy bar hidden from plain view, but also correspondingly strong drinks! I think the best part, however, was the staff. The bartenders and servers were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful for recommendations and even crafting custom cocktails! Extra love to Josh for a wonderful scotch concoction they called the Volcanic Manor, and the exceptional rendition of a Penicillin.

This speakeasy is hidden inside the micro creamery in Hudson. We were pretty excited for the experience but not for long. The drinks seems extravagant but the flavours and cocktails did not stand out that much. The menu sounded pretty interesting but it was very regular food with no flavor and fancy plating and an extravagant price point. We ordered the burrata garlic bread which was nothing but a regular slice of pan toasted bread with burrata and some microgreens served with a very basic tomato sauce. There was no flavour of garlic. And 10 dollars for a slice of bread cut into 2. We also ordered the nashvile chicken. It came on a very regular slice of soggy bread and oil dripping in every bite. I could only taste the oil through the entire dish. The food took 30 minutes to arrive. We weren't handed the silverware for the longest time. Overall our experience was pretty disappointing.

Perfect hidden gem. Not always packed, but not ever empty. Great atmosphere with drinks that are second to none. Appetizers are very nicely done as well, have tried most of them. Have never had a full meal, so can't comment on that, but given their appetizers and drinks, I don't think you'd be disappointed.

The Drinks were amazing! Service was attentive! Food was just okay not there strong point. Few items came out prepared wrong and only requested modifications due to real allergies not just a "preference" . Atmosphere and vibe were cozy but really cold in there bring a sweater . We were there celebrating my sister birthday unfortunately they brought us the check before we could actually order her a dessert and sing happy birthday. I think they had just had enough of us for the night 🤣🤣🤣 we are a loud laughing crew !!

Cocktails are very good and the overall vibe of what they are trying to achieve is pretty cool. I gave this place a 3rd shot after 2 mediocre experiences. The price tag that comes with this place isn’t worth the food or service. You have to beg to get served and the food isn’t worth the effort. Staff seems more interested in talking to each other than working. You’d think for a trendy restaurant in Hudson, they’d be interested in making sure people don’t go to Boston or Worcester for a better experience. I’ll stick to my go-to’s in Boston at this point. Can’t say I didn’t give it a shot but I’d rather drive into the city for better food and much better service than going to a restaurant just for the ambiance. I really hope they fix what’s wrong here because this place could be something great.
