OMGOSH!!! I LOVE the staff that was here today at 11am on 12/29!! I got the absolute BEST welcoming when I walked in! A young man yelled "WELCOME TO JIMMY JOHN'S"!!! I failed to get his name, but he knows who he is! The rest of the staff was just as friendly ☺️ Asked how my day was, and super fast! I'm on my way home to Minnesota, still 5 hours to go, and I'm coming from visiting family in Chicago. This made my day! This management here must be doing something right 👏🏽 Your employees are fantastic! THANK YOU GUYS!.....and to think I almost went to Jersey Mikes! 😳😂

(Delivery) The sandwich, drink, pickle were just fine. Ordered from the app. Clicked the chips and napkins, didn't get chips or napkins. Called and was told I would get a credit. Months ago I ordered from the app and something similar happened. Was missing pickle and napkins that time and they bombed my bag with the kicking ranch Ranch was all over the inside of that bag so I called and was again told I would be given a credit. Both times I've been offered a credit it was "we can give you 1 or 2 dollars off your next order if you'd like?" So not only was I offered a credit less than the items I was missing but I wasn't compensated for the time they decided to deliver a sack full of ranch. The food is tasty, no issues there, but having ordered twice from the app and having less than expected deliveries is discouraging.

My husband and I went to pick up our online order and the kid at the register was wiping his runny nose on the inside of his shirt. I cancelled my order. Ick. Only in Wisconsin. They responded below- But I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and their attitude didn’t address the incident. There was not apology for the disgusting incident or any other consolation. They simply cancelled my order. Don’t be fooled.

I’ve been craving a mummy johns sandwich this whole week and I finally got to order one today. My order was received at 6:19pm and an hour and a half later never showed. We called and they said it would be by my house soon..30 minutes later it never showed up, we refunded the order it got hung up on. I’m incredibly disappointed and sad all I wanted was this sandwich. I’ve now been crying for the past 10 minutes because of this situation I got mascara all over my face and i blame Jimmy Johns. My friend told me to sue but i’m leaving a bad review instead. shame on you jimmy johns horrible timing and horrible customer service
