Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Are they using baby chicks? All of our chicken was a extreme smaller than normal chicken. Half of the 10 peice was wings .The peice in my hand Is a thigh. Little tiny bit of a drizzle gravy on the potatoes. What is going on? The crispy sandwich my husband got was not crispy at ALL. I have eaten at lots of Popeyes. This is not Popeyes! This is a knock off or something. This location needs shut down!

This place is the worse! Everytime I come they try me with the smallest size meat I've ever seen! Today I'd had enough, went right back in & showed them what they gave me. The girl at the counter shouted "Who packed this!? Come on guys" This place is ridiculous! Always out of everything even chicken smh..today it was no fries! They need to close this location down! My picture doesn't even do justice om how small my meat was! The BISCUIT was bigger than my CHICKEN! They tried it!!

I spent 45 minutes last Sunday trying to reach the Hudson, Florida Popeye’s location and finally gave up. After calling multiple times today, a lady answered. I wanted to place an order ahead for all dark meat chicken, but she didn’t want to take my order since I didn’t know the exact time my husband would arrive. However, she gave me the price for the 8 piece box of chicken that included one side and 4 biscuits. I couldn’t do an order via the app or online because there was no option to request all dark meat. We live over a half hour away, but my husband was going to be ten minutes from there, so he went in and placed an order. He specified all dark meat with macaroni and cheese along with the biscuits. He had to wait a few minutes which was no problem. When the order was ready, my husband went to the front. He asked the young man if the bag sitting there was his order for all dark meat and he said yes. My husband made the mistake of not checking the order because he trusted what the young man said. When my husband got home, I opened the box of chicken to find it wasn’t all dark meat. There were only 7 pieces of chicken. There were 2 wings, 2 breasts, 1 thigh and 2 very small legs. Not only did they mess up the order for all dark meat, but we were shorted one piece of chicken, we didn’t receive any biscuits, the chicken was greasy as well as the macaroni and cheese. We had chicken there 3 months ago which was very good. It was crispy, not saturated with grease and moist. The macaroni and cheese was fresh and very good as well. However, the macaroni and cheese we received today tasted like it was in a warmer too long. The cheese on top was burnt and it was greasy like fat had been added to moisten it. I tried calling the store multiple times, but there was no answer. We were very disappointed in the food and the service. I feel it was a waste of time and money. It would have taken over an hour to go there and back to return the food, so we kept it. However, since I couldn’t reach them by phone, I contacted the cooperate office. I was advised someone will contact me. Meanwhile, I have no desire to do business with this Popeye’s location again.

Tonight and the previous time I went to this location they messed up my order. I placed my order online this last time. I ordered chocolate chip cookies and when I arrived they were out. you'd think they'd contact the customer and let them know. I accepted the substitution for Apple pie but had to wait 30 minutes for it. Not to mention the employees were shouting and cursing. The man at the window was complaining and cursing about is employees to me.. Can someone please contact me and let me know why it takes so long at this location.
