I'm usually down for some fast food once in a while but this trip wasn't one I would call good. First of all, while waiting at the window I had to listen for 10 minutes three teenagers complain about their life to each other. I will spare the details but obviously there couldn't have been a manager around. Secondly, the burgers were cooked probably 10 minutes too long. They were long dead and seriously dry. May want to watch the cooking and cut down on who's life is the worst talk right at the window in front of customers.

Went to drive thru got cheeseburger and fries and frosty. We drove 1 mile home. Fries were cold and had been sitting awhile. Their new slogan is always hot fries. Not at this place. Burgers were cold, buns were stale. Terrible terrible food. Last time for us!

This restaurant has far superior breakfast options than my 4:30am McDonald's coffee but I eat hear around 9:30am most days and the management team in this building is top knotch. Discounts for Thirsty's bus drivers. 🚍♥️👨👩👦

The manager, Samantha, was extremely nice and made the experience lovely. She was very welcoming the whole time and didn't have an attitude like many others in fast food.

Well went to Wendy's tonight and seemed one of the workers needed to express her feelings about the price of our meal, and also felt the need to say how my wife needed to go home and make dinner instead of paying almost 50$ for the food. Not knowing us personally and also being within the area close enough for us to overhear her comments. Well it wasn't our food, we were just doing someone a favor. The woman is sick not that I should need to explain. Sp why the hell does someone working a drive thru window needs to express any opinion when she isn't aware of the circumstances involved. I really don't dislike Wendy's, but after tonight's event , I don't plan to be a future customer to that peticular location. I don't know what to say about the worker but future reference don't say nasty comments when the customer has not yet received their order. Could have replied that the profession she's currently in has a large turnover rate when it's not rocket science putting together a biggie bag or filling a frosty. Maybe finish school and become a counselor for less fournate people. Since you feel the need to critique someone you never met and don't know anything about. Just smile and hand out those orders and keep the line moving. It's your job ma'am don't worry about what people are purchasing. Just Mind Your Own Business. Thanks

Good fountain drink selection and food was fresh. Dining room tables were in need of wiping but floors were not trashed.

Always a problem when I go here. Computer problems or the kids behind the counter not doing their job. I know the manager probably thinks she cares for the employees but do them a real favor and get them used to working first.

very quick service. my last visit I decided to go in because there were a few cars in the drive thru. I went ahead and ordered 3 meals. Before I even had the 3 drinks filled my order was done. My orders are always correct, food is always hot and fresh tasting and the employees are very nice and professional. Who ever is managing this location is doing a great job.
