We took my uncle here for his birthday last night. Food was good. We had a beautiful young lady serving us who took this picture for us. She was wonderful. All in all a great time was had by everyone.

A visit to Rooster's is always a highlight of my family's return visits to Ohio (our former home). This location is by far the worst. Not only were our wings NOT cooked well done as requested, but they were just barely cooked. Our server missed several notes on our order. I gave three stars because

This restraunt needs to learn to answer their phone. They purposely turn off online orders during peak hours and then not answer the phone. I have been on the phone for an hour +. I love the food but the service leaves much to be desired.
Carry out is fine but dining in was horrible. Waitress took FOREVER with everything and got multiple things wrong on our order but service was SO SLOW we told her to not worry about it but then she charged us for those things we DIDNT get. Ridiculous
