Workers are really nice at the Howell store. Love my Cappachino Blast here because they know how to make it will and don't skimp on the whipped cream like others do. Usually have a good selection too.
I was really surprised that they had vegan cookie dough ice cream so I had a milkshake with that and it was delicious! My only complaint is that the worker here tried to tell me that she couldn't replace normal milk with almond milk for allergy reasons... After looking at her confused for a few seconds she eventually did it but man was that awkward... What are the managers teaching their staff here ...?
Baskin Robbins always had great ice cream!! I love how pumpkin donuts and Baskin-Robbins are always together! It's nice being able to get desserts and coffee together! I love just going in there and sitting down with a coffee and ice cream on the computer!! I would recommend stopping by...
This locatiom has very great customer service, the lady that helped us with my son's Bday cake took her time and went the extra mile to decorate his Bday cake. My son was thrilled.
