The food here is really good! They are known for their steaks but I had the chicken fried steak meal which was very good. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was delicious! The shrimp were very large, you usually don’t see shrimp that big here in Arkansas. It’s a little hole in the wall kind of restaurant which is always fun to visit. The only downside is the drive to get there is a little challenging since it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend trying out Toad Suck Bucks if you haven’t yet. They have a good selection of food for the whole family.
Great hidden gem! Buck's has some great food, love their steak selection, always cooked to perfection. Their staff is very friendly and attentive. Perfect place to have a private party (ask them about private party reservations) indoor/outdoor dining available. It is a bit of a drive out of town, but SO worth the trip!!
Oh my what a steak. This is a great hidden treasure. Can't believe there have been around as long as they have and I never knew about it.
Best steak in Conway area. The fillet is excellent. Had pecan pie for dessert which was really good as well. Hosts and service are pleasant and friendly. Was nice to sit outside on socially distant tables and enjoy a fall evening in Arkansas
My brother had his 70th birthday party there. It was great, great food, great service. Do highly recommend this place if you like to play pool they have a table to do so. Overall best time i had. You should go there.
So I have been here twice and that’s not near enough. If you don’t want the best steak in the most hole in the wall, mom and pop joint, this isn’t the place for you. The first time I went, I was certain my GPS was taking me to the backwoods of no return. Just when I was about to turn around, I saw the sign and continued on. This is like going to your friends man cave for some good grub and good times. Everyone is friendly and it’s a family atmosphere. There’s shuffle board and a couple of pool tables if you want to entertain yourself. If you want someone else to do it, sometimes there’s a live band. The steaks are tuxedo quality in an overall and straw hat setting. I’ve seen people in business suits here and guys that look like they’ve just put in a hard days work on the farm. Everyone is welcome and everyone is treated fair. You have to try this place! You will not be disappointed and you will tell your friends about your experience. They do serve alcohol but the signs remind you that this is a family establishment! Make the drive to the outskirts of Perry County and treat yourself to a top notch steak. It’s worth the drive.
Best steak I have ever had. Service was great and friendly. Owners' friendly dog hangs around outside. Totally unexpected and will go back next time I am in town.
