Domino's Pizza

The Domino's manager called me 20 minutes after I placed my order online and paid for the order with a credit card to inform me that he refused to send his driver's 2 miles to the motel I was staying in. I explained the motel had been purchased several months and the motel had been remodeled, clean away all the lowlife staying there and it is a very respectable place now. He still refused and refused to refund the money I paid because it was an online order. When I told the motel's new owners about the incident. The spoke with the General Manager of the location to assure them that they had in fact purchased the motel, evicted all the lowlife and have constant video and roving in-house security. The Domino's GM was exceptionally rude, short and uncooperative. Never will I call that Domino's again. STAY AWAY!!

I placed an order for delivery on January 14th for a medium double pepperoni. The pizza we received was pineapple and Canadian bacon. I immediately called the store and was told nonchalantly that it would be two hours before the correct pizza would be delivered. I asked for a refund instead and the guy on the phone said “uh yeah sure” and hung up. I submitted the issue to dominos customer care requesting confirmation that a refund is being processed. It has been two weeks now with no refund and no communication back from dominos despite my multiple attempts.

Placed an order online at 6:20. 40 min had gone by and the tracker wasn’t updated. I called And sat on hold for 45 minutes. No one answered so I drove To the location where they told me they were backed up and had 2 ppl working. I counted 7 ppl with hands on deck. So you can’t answer the phones? He responded “yeah we would have probably called you to come pick it up yourself anyways if you just want to wait we’ll make it now” just wow...
