I know I ordered a small chili cheese tot but this is offensive. The container is small and still empty, I can see the bottom of the tray. Never again. I’ve orders from a different location so I know there should be more.

ordered a shake. the cup had ice cream all over it and wasn't wiped down. so it slipped in our truck. we handed it back and all they did was wipe the cup and put a lil razzle dazzle of whip cream on it. took it back inside for refund and the "manager" just argued with us about how "we should have grabbed the cup" ..How about not handing a customer a dirty cup to begin with. All around terrible staff. Employees look annoyed about working and manager is just argumentative.

This is the last time this Sonic will tell me they're out of ice cream! That's really all you advertise. But if I had a dime for every time they told me that they're out of ice cream.... it's 6 in the evening! Horrible! Do better!

Great place for some fast food. My only wish is that they would make the stalls a little wider. I always get nervous pulling up in my truck for fear of hitting my side mirrors.

Terrible customer service from the manager! Instead of rectifying a minor situation, the manager “Mark”, became very emotionally charged and began cutting me off during conversation. Professionalism, nonexistent!!

We sat there for like 15 minutes and nothing. Pushed the button and no one got our order. Saw another customer drive off. And we went to get ice cream to Dollar General. Will never return here!
