My family and I moved into the Bordeaux in August 2019, and we are very happy we chose to rent an apartment here. We immediately noticed how spacious and well kept the apartments are. The management and maintenance staff always respond to our needs quickly and ensure we are taken care of. The property itself is quiet, well maintained, and lovely. The manager, June, is truly a gem! There are a few holiday social events that she puts on during the year for the residents and does a wonderful job. We felt right at home from day one. Overall, we are very pleased.

I have lived at The Bordeaux for a little over a year. My apartment has large rooms and lots of closet space. Definitely something I wanted. The property grounds are always beautifully kept and I do not ever see any trash laying around. Whenever I need to call maintenance, they are usually here the same day. I have lived in other places in the past and management and maintenance are not as responsive as here. We don't have a washer and dryer, but the laundry rooms are very clean with new machines. No complaints. I plan to renew m lease this year.

I live at Bordeaux apartments. Besides loving the location and my cozy apartment, I'm so grateful for the onsite team here. Joe and Abdon recently acted very quickly when I needed help with a difficult situation. Afterword's, they followed up to make sure everything was taken care of in my home!

The Bordeaux is more like boutique style, older apartments. Lush, tropical landscaping.
Location is fantastic. The best part is that unlike most complexes that do anything to get you to sign a lease but then completely change once you move in, the Bordeaux is the same and consistent!
June, the manager here runs a tight ship but that is what keeps this complex quiet and lovely for everyone. I feel like I am home here.
I am a native and can tell you from experience, this is one of the better properties!! You should not have any reservations.

In a nutshell: My son was scheduled to move in the end of June 2020, but circumstances caused him to need to move in quicker. June went above and beyond to make this happen and I can't say thank you enough! Yes, these apartments are older but they are very well kept. Management is responsive and caring - what a refreshing change from larger communities where you're 'just a number' after the lease has been signed.
Kudos Fingers Company - a lovely complex with great management.

Living here as a college student for a few months now - my experience has been nothing but good. There have been a few “minor issues” really regarding things out of reach by apartment and if it was their fault, it’s fixed pretty fast. Maintenance is great here, they’re always fast and helpful. Rent is low, great area, workers are taking care of the complex at all times.
The owner of the whole property actually comes in a few days a week and was very nice by letting me use her parking space from Friday-Sunday because my truck has a rough time fitting in my specific parking spot so thats awesome.
No guest watching, not anything the other 1 star reviews say! 👍🏼

Having lived here for the past 22 years I can safely say the current property manager June, is the best we've ever had. She has shown great initiative implementing cool new features like a BBQ grill, decorative lights in the main courtyard and attractive new pool furniture. In addition she's quick to respond to service repairs and listens to our concerns. Recently my lease was up for renewal and she asked if there was anything I would like such as new appliances etc. I asked for new carpet and got it within two weeks. Super service! Yes, these apartments are old, but that is part of the charm and beauty of this place - it has character. Gardens are well maintained which is typical of Finger properties. I've seen nearby Galleria apartments at twice the price, half the space and a sterile ugly environment. The Bordeaux beats all!

I have been living here for more than 3 years now and it been a really good experience. Yes, the apartments are old, but they are well maintained. June, our property manager makes sure everything is in order. She will go above and beyond to make things comfortable for you.
The whole complex is green and the gardens are well maintained. If you like beautiful place with lots of green around, this one is for you.

The Bordeaux!!! Well, I've been a renter here for almost 10 years & I have chosen to continue renewing my lease - why you say, because it feels like home! The Manager & the staff members are so attentive - they really do bend backwards to resolve any problems that you may encounter - which are few and far between. So, my recommendation to you is to consider moving in - you won't be sorry & you're going to feel like you're living amongst friends! Signed the Happy Renter - RD!

I lived here for two years and had an excellent experience. The rent was very reasonable given the neighborhood and proximity to uptown. Very safe property and maintenance is very prompt and requires just one email. The manager, June, is especially very helpful and is eager to solve any problems the residents may have. Highly recommended.

While visiting, I definitely felt like I was actually heard instead of just being another person to walk in the door. Everyone here is very genuine and worked hard to make me feel welcomed. The landscaping was very well kept, and the homes were clean! Definitely recommending this place to friends!

Even during a pandemic and a winter storm, June and Armando keep us updated and make sure we have everything we need in our apartment. I've seen Roy and the whole team working overtime making sure everybody has heat and water. The maintenance team especially deserves a huge thank you from all of us! <3

Great location, grounds are well kept, and they have been generally fast about repairs even on the weekend, which has been the only time anything has broken for me. This is probably one of the cheaper places you can find in this area, which is also a big plus when comparing what you could be paying. But its also older than a lot of the buildings in the area, and it seems like the pipes may need some work. But the units are quiet, I can't ever hear my neighbors, and when I close the door, the noises of Woodway Drive basically disappear. The walls seem to be rather solid, which is nice. Kitchen is cramped in the 1 bed room units though.

Located just 7 minutes from the Houston Galleria shopping mall and superb location are just a few of the great features. Gated entrance Makes me feel right at home. Beautifully kept community by The Finger Companies. The Bordeaux is few minutes away from HEB, IPIC and Memorial Park. Best apartments in the neighborhood by far.
