Excellent service!! It is a little noisy by the freeway but whoever was on the mic did a wonderful job. The woman taking the money at the first window had such a great attitude and nice smile . She had excellent service. The pick up window the same way. The young man in the window was fabulous. I asked for mayo and he made my day right đ Absolutely wonderful visit to McDonald's. Thank you.
Still absolutely one of the best locations in the area. Came in 9/19/23 it's clean inside and everyone is working really hard. The food was fast and fresh just like when I went through the drive thru last year.

I love thos McDonald's the only disappointing part is that they close breakfast too soon (10:30) I think they should close at 11:00am. Every time I'm at the window at 10 they take forever especially drive through I think it's on purpose so by the time you get there breakfast is overđ

Food was fresh and they brought it to us at our table. My dad's order was missing, and he advised them what he ordered, then they brought him the wrong thing aftwr that. They corrected it relatively quickly though.

Lots of accessories for making it pretty inside. Everyone's on their phones. Watched an employee fall and hurt themselves and be coerced to going back to work.

Super busy location, huge line but the customer service was on par with the great fries and burger. This has to be one of the busiest McDonaldâs in Houston order #1347 at 12pm

Weird experience. This location has been remodeled to reflect "the restaurant of the future," where we place our own order at a kiosk, then pick up our food at the counter...except I still had to pay at the counter. It was manned by a high school child who barely knew how to use the register. I barely knew how to use the kiosk. There was too much "just barely" for the price/quality of the food.
I don't want to work at McDonald's, not even for 5 minutes, and certainly not for free. The new decor had a crisp, clean look - almost upscale fast food. That's the problem...too many oxymorons. It was too sterile.
The family with their 3 year old throwing slobbery fries on the floor, seemed out of place. The limited human interaction at the beginning of the customer experience didn't click with the "sit, enjoy" vibe after you get your food.

It was a pleasant experience to dine at this location , reason being that the atmosphere was relaxed, due to the early " morning rush " being over. And the breakfast selections were goof, also. Enough to select from for a healthy breakfast. And last : the service was really good, because the servers were friendly. I would recommend this location over any of the other ones that have been frequented.

This McDonald's has nice spacious dining area. The place is relatively clean and good seating space. The service is a bit slow but they do have a big drive thru area. I will come back to this location and recommended for people around. It is right next to I10 so it is very convenient getting on the highway.
