Great customer Service by the Young Man who answered the phone. The personal pan meat lovers pizza reminded me of when I was an eight-year-old little girl, it was so good! The wings (Cajun flavor) were not good at all. Be mindful when you’re turning on wayside because if you go too fast, you can miss it! It’s located on the right hand side, if you’re coming from Lockwood way.

I just called to tell you all how amazing my pizza came out. I had stopped ordering from Pizza Hut because the crust is never how I want it. I always get the thin and crispy but it’s never crispy. I just want to say this one was perfect. Exactly what I wanted and I’ll order from here time and time again. Thank you!

Nelda and her crew at the Wayside Pizza Hut have been provided great customer service for as long as I can remember. I go out of my way to visit the wayside store because of the level of service and the consistency in their product. Not all Pizza Huts adhere to the Wayside’s stores level of service. Good job y’all!

Usually they do really good at having online orders ready at the given time. The only thing that i took a star for was their curbside pickup is non-existent. I waited for 30 after i called and was told someone would bring it out. I had my daughter in the car, which is the reason i asked for curbside pickup. I had to go inside with my daughter after i saw other customers were also visibly aggitated and getting off to go inside.

Was pretty good but toppings were scarce. When I took a slice there was no long string of cheese. Waitress wasn't very attentive and didn't offer any of the condiments which are usually already on table at most pizza restaurants like pamarsean or red pepper so we had to ask for anything other than salt/pepper.

I love going to this Pizza Hut, but this was the worst service ever! Took too long to take my order, didn’t bring plates or asked if we needed anything else. Which we did. I ordered a cookie and I️t never came. Find out they gave I️t to someone else. They said I️t was coming, the brought me a freaking brownie! My kids were quite upset because we had already been waiting an hour! It’ll be a while before I go back!

Ordered delivery, was suppose to be here at 7:09pm got here at 7:40pm already cool not even warm. And forgot my grandsons wings. And being that calls get connected to operators not direct to stores it was hard to get connected to this store. I won't be ordering from here anymore.
