We love the extreme sausage breakfast sandwiches. It comes with coffee or soft drink. I had to pay extra for oj, hoping this changes.

Overall it was nice. If I had to share, I would suggest that Jack n Box invest in getting a bike or scooter rake for the general public. The ee shared that I couldn't bring my scooter into the restaurant. Being that Im in a big city and we are going through hard time. I'm not going to take the chance of leaving it outside and then it get stolen. (But I didn't tell her that) I apologize for bring my scooter in, however there was no sign saying that I couldn't bring it in. She cleans it by say staying that even though there isn't a sign I can't bring my scooter. I carried with my order and proceeded with my day. Always room for improvement even for a big franchise company such as Jack n the Box

I was happy with my drive-thru service, except the intercom was so loud. My food was hot and my coffee was hot. I had been there a few times. sometimes, my food was cold. So I appreciate the changes.

Went last night and ordered a sourdough jack combo substituted the fries for bacon potato wedges. I get home and it was the nastiest burger I've ever seen. 1. No lettuce 2.no tomato 3. One slice of old dry cheese(didn't look like cheese to me) went back for a refund and I was notified they weren't able to refund me my money because there was no one on the shift with authority. No manager or shift leader. They wanted to replace my order but I didn't want to eat there after seeing this burger and dealing with they're service. Worst experience every hands down! The lady I who I assume had "authority" was named Monica ! Very bad customer service. Might I add I was forced to wait in the drive thru line all over again! It was 9pm and dining closes at 10 but all doors were locked.

Depending on if one of the many different managers are working defines the quantity of food and service.
Safety is a huge factor. The parking lot is rarely lit and if it is the lighting is poor.
I'll go if everything else is closed.

Doesn't matter what your job is, if you make a mistake then correct it. And correct it without causing any extra inconvenience to the customer. They messed up an order, no big deal, it's just fast food. So when I asked to get it fixed and I get attitude instead of an "I'm sorry let me fix this for you right away" then I get upset. I was told I had to go back around and wait in the drive thru line all over again. When I asked for my money I was told that they didn't have the ability to give refunds. Waited 45 for a sandwhich that I'm afraid to eat because of what they might have done to it as retaliation. So basically they stole my money. The took my money and I didn't get the goods. Not one apology. I know it's not the most glamorous of jobs, but it's your job,so do it and do it with pride...and if you can't do it then quit.
