I ordered the chicken quesadilla combo from you guys nothing was wrong with my food except the lady forgot me and my siblings our drinks like how?! So unprofessional for them not fixing their soda machine I couldn’t get a refill! Plus I ordered through the kiosk machine for online ordering that’s why they said I forgot sure everyone has bad days but come on Taco Bell get your act together

The service was impeccable. I started off in the drive-through, but after hearing this woman's voice, I decided to eat in after she suggested how cool it was inside. I stayed for just a little while. A guy came inside (probably to cool off). I guy uneasy with him sitting behind me, so I got up to leave. This is a high crime area that needs security.

I really like the customer service I get here it’s outstanding the food is good too. they always get my orders right and on time keep up the great work guys it’s very hard to find good customer service anywhere now

I'm giving my 4 stars not to this particular store, but to one particular late night employee by the name of Jaime. My husband and I ordered online for drive through pick around 12:20 am. Jaime and two other works were there but all we saw was Jaime doing all of the work.. We sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for about 7 minutes Jamie came to the window and asked us to pull to the front and he would bring our order out to us. Well as we're sitting in the parking lot we noticed one of the three employees sitting out side and finally decided to walk back in. Mine you we were now sitting in the parking lot for at least 10 mins now.. Well after going in, that employee walked to the back, then maybe two mins later the employee walked back to the front. We sat in the parking lot for almost 20 mins total, but once Jaime came out with our food, we thanked him for doing all that he had done by himself to make sure our family was fed. The order was correct, nothing was missing, and we really appreciate workers like him. I have pictures and a video of that one employee wasting labor time and money. Oh and not to mention an opportunity for someone else who would love the have that employees job.. So thank you Jaime once again for taken your job seriously and caring for us your customers.. Keep it up Jaime! You'll be manager in know time..
