Excellent hotel! The service is super friendly and superb. Rooms are beautifully decorated and quiet. The bar is absolutely must experience! The cocktails are amazing and perfectly made. We ate only breakfast at the restaurant, which was nothing special though. Also the decoration of the restaurant

The staff are all lovely and so happy and helpful, the rooms are beautifully-designed and super comfortable, and the Golden Phoenix restaurant is phenomenal (possibly the most delicious food in the world), as is its bar.

A unique hotel with fun theme, great staff, and amazing location! It is right in front of U7 station. They don't have a buffet breakfast, only menu-based. But food quality was good. The staffs were professional, politely, and nice. The rooms are not that big, but the other aspects of the hotel cover

overall it was a pleasing experience, hotel stuff was very kind from the beginning. i can advise couples to have a romantic weekend getaway at Berlin in here. rooms are not too big but its not disturbing.
