�� I believe in complementing just as well as complaining and I've had exceptional service and I will go ahead and share my experience thos morning these past couple of months I have been stressed but blessed and here is why! Well I was running low on cash due to personal issues these past 90 days have been absolute hell!!! Well after a little sleep and a lot of hunger I pull up and the sweet polite and cheerful voice comes over the microphone I could tell she was busy but concerned about my needs!!! Y'all let's face it we can smell BS and fake ppl a long way away! Well as I pull up to the window I realize that I did not have enough money not only did she take care of my situation but she also saw I was thirsty and threw a drink down with no additional charge. I know that it might've been a mistake or she may have gotten in trouble if she gave away this free drink but she certainly will be continuing to see me with a huge smile and many thanks due to her generosity in my time of need! There is great people out there and I believe that she is a very important asset to the Jack-in-the-Box family!!! Please feel free to contact me if there's any further questions or concerns but I would like this young lady to be rewarded for her hard work and excellent customer service!!! Just got in from out of town and popped in for a bite... I was greeted by Joseph with a warm smile, looking great in his black Jack in the Box T (yes I want one) at 1am, much appreciated. My food was hot and my juice was cold. Great service and its good to be home. Thank you Joseph 😁

Giving 5 stars for service alone!!! ANTONIA exceeded customer service aspect today.. she was very helpful and welcoming. Something that you just don't receive walking into this type of establishment. Smelled clean when I walked in, and let me mention not 1 smudge mark on the front door speaks volumes!!

This morning I went here and Nettie was taking orders. Talk about cuisine service! She was so professional! Upon leaving I thanked her for her kindness... she gave me the biggest smile. She was so sweet! When I got ready to drink one of my diet coke it tasted really bad! This is about five hours after I'd left the first time. I went back to exchange them. Nettie had left Mireya helped me this time... the same thing! Kindness again!! She helped me get drinks that tasted "right" I left happy and blessed. Honor is given to whom honor is due. These lovely ladies deserve honor... their getting it from me! Thank You Precious Lord for such a positive experience! I name places and things... our jitb is the Honorable Jack In The Box! No clowning around! Thank you so much! God bless you guys!

One of my favorite things Jack in the box has ever offered was their iced coffee line. Which is remarkable sometimes, it varies from place to place how it's made and the care that's put into it, but damn is it good. My only regret that Jack in the box has ever done was take away their clucks deluxe, probably they're arguably best sandwich they've ever had ever. Other than that the food is affordable but it honestly is not high tier in quality for fast food but you should kind of expect that. But this location was fairly nice to me and I enjoyed their service.
