It's my second or third time at this location and everytime it's quick and friendly service. It was relatively empty since they'd just opened. Cashier was patient with me while I decided what sub to get after my husband made his choice 😁😁😁. I ended up getting the Large Hero. Wish they had Hot Chettos. Wait was about 5 or so minutes. Will return and recommend.

Best subs in Houston, Texas. Fresh ingredients and made to order. I casually mentioned that it was our first time there on a referral from my daughter. And the female attendants were ever so friendly, explaining the entire setup /menu even recommending the most popular menu items. The service was great. The place is quaint, clean with a festive atmosphere and historical memorabilia decor. Paying tribute to Firefighters & First Responders as American as Apple Pie. Definitely worth a trip. With various locations to serve you.

I have been here a few times on my lunch break, so it is somewhat busy every time I come with that understanding. Food comes out correct with no major issues. I wish they would bring back out their hit sauce bar, which really set them apart from other places.

A wonderful place to eat, i recommend the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. They have these little sauce packets. The sauce is like heaven on earth. Great food, great place.

Best subs in Houston by far10/10 lovely customer service and they were the only place in a 10 mile radius who gave me a free item for my birthday . I would recommend the bacon club ranch for a nice filling meal . Also the cookies are solid 8/10 . Thank you Kevin for making my visit amazing

The best place to get a sub! period! Staff is always super friendly and on top of it. Stacie, one of the managers there, always has a great attitude and runs the place like a premium restaurant. I love coming here no matter the time of day. They always deliver and the subs melt in your mouth! Thanks Firehouse, the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket is the the bomb!

I came to try for an Italian sub because of a T-Mobile coupon and it was the best Italian sub I ever had in my life!!! The employee girl there working for +8yrs was really nice.

Went to buy pickle buckets. That was maybe 3 weeks ago. I have not eaten at a firehouse Subs in many months. The one time I ate there it was excellent service and the subs were tasty.
