Just dropped in at the Jones Road location and after all the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is very clean. The counter staff are very nice and helpful. The music is very enjoyable. The food is so fresh and delicious! Overall, a very enjoyable experience. 🥰🥰

The best and this location is much newer and better organized. But they need more organization. App did not work, even though it charged me I still had to prove I placed an order and wait for it to be filled. Best chicken ever, so still 5 stars.

Jimena or Ximena was outstanding! I've been going to Popeye's for alongggg time and this was my best experience. Even though they were busy, she had a great smile and attitude! She checked off all the things that would deliver great customer service. My chicken was hot and fresh. She should be recognized for delivering such a positive experience to the customer. There was great team work displayed from everyone that was working. She has a great team of workers!
