Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don’t remember his name, but I remember the look he gave me…it said…don’t worry baby bird…mama is here to take care of you. This man proceeded to give the best customer service that I can only describe as transcending. I will die before I eat at another chipotle restaurant that this man doesn’t grace with his presents…I think his name was Ruben? Like the sandwich 🥪

I went during the day around the 12 lunch rush. Great service especially by the tall gentleman working the first station. Kudos to the team during the lunch rush. Quick and food was on par. It’s been hit or miss with most chipotles these days with quality control Advice to corporate that probably won’t be read: stack your teams each shift not just day shift to deliver quality customer experience each time. The worker shortage shouldn’t deter making smart crew schedule calls.

One of the quickest place to go pick up lunch when you have 10 minutes to spare. You're in and out in no time even when there are 5 people in front of you. I always go for the same thing, the Chicken Burrito.. Brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, medium salsa, avocado and cheese with a large Dr. Pepper.. in and out quick.. The only annoying thing the workers do is.. They always ask you what you want and I say, Chicken Burrito please! And I always have to repeat myself at least 4 times.. The first time, when they ask me what I want. The second, 10 seconds later when they place my tortilla in the iron.. 10 seconds later, really...? The third 30 seconds later when they ask Brown rice or white?... The forth, What kind of meat... CHICKEN!
