For semis: cannot turn in directly from the road. You must park on the street, and walk in and let them know you're there. Dock can only handle 1 semi at a time,.so wait for them to tell you when to come in. After, pull up passed the construction cones.and do a U-turn on the street and then come in
My first time coming and I must say, a tractor with a 53 trailer is tight but, you can get in there, just take your time. The gentlemen that assisted me was very welcoming at helpful. The staff are very professional. Five stars given for gentlemen that checks you in
